been having dehydration; shaken or weakness in the arms; shaken or weakness in the arms; felt very heavy; it felt like my head was shorting out. I could feel my head sending electric pulse; my vision was distorted/ When I move my arms, I see my arms bending; blood pressure, it was less than 90/ low blood pressure problems; pulse was 180; This is a spontaneous report received from contactable reporter(s) (Consumer or other non HCP). The reporter is the patient. A 60-year-old male patient received BNT162b2 (BNT162B2), on 24Jun2021 as dose 2, single (Lot number: EN0178) at the age of 60 years, in left arm for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history included: "LOWER BACK PAIN PROBLEM" (unspecified if ongoing). There were no concomitant medications. Vaccination history included: BNT162b2 (Dose Number: 1, Batch/Lot No: EN0180), administration date: 03Jun2021, when the patient was 60-year-old, for COVID-19 Immunization. The following information was reported: HYPOTENSION (non-serious) with onset 24Jun2021, outcome "recovering", described as "blood pressure, it was less than 90/ low blood pressure problems"; FEELING ABNORMAL (non-serious) with onset 24Jun2021, outcome "not recovered", described as "felt very heavy"; HEAD DISCOMFORT (non-serious) with onset 24Jun2021, outcome "not recovered", described as "it felt like my head was shorting out. I could feel my head sending electric pulse"; METAMORPHOPSIA (non-serious) with onset 24Jun2021, outcome "not recovered", described as "my vision was distorted/ When I move my arms, I see my arms bending"; HEART RATE INCREASED (non-serious) with onset 24Jun2021, outcome "recovering", described as "pulse was 180"; TREMOR (non-serious), MUSCULAR WEAKNESS (non-serious) all with onset 24Jun2021, outcome "not recovered" and all described as "shaken or weakness in the arms"; DEHYDRATION (non-serious), outcome "not recovered", described as "been having dehydration". The events "shaken or weakness in the arms", "felt very heavy", "it felt like my head was shorting out. i could feel my head sending electric pulse", "my vision was distorted/ when i move my arms, i see my arms bending", "blood pressure, it was less than 90/ low blood pressure problems", "pulse was 180" and "been having dehydration" required physician office visit. Relevant laboratory tests and procedures are available in the appropriate section. Therapeutic measures were not taken as a result of tremor, muscular weakness, feeling abnormal, head discomfort, metamorphopsia. Therapeutic measures were taken as a result of hypotension, heart rate increased. Additional information: Patient had no known allergies. Patient reported "I started shaken or weakness in the arms. I felt very heavy. It felt like my head was shorting out. I could feel my head sending electric pulse. My vision was distorted. When I move my arms, I see my arms bending. So I walked to the kitchen to get a cup of water and it felt very refreshing. I sat on the sofa. I started feeling better. I monitored my blood pressure, it was less than 90. Pulse was 180. I drank some (withheld) it brought my blood pressure and pulse close to normal. After that day, I have been having dehydration and low blood pressure problems. I am now afraid to travel because of this." Patient have not had COVID prior to vaccination and was not COVID tested post vaccination.
