She asked how soon would the flu-like symptoms begin after the second vaccine.Additional AE details: She stated she had a migraine last night and took Fioricet (acetaminophen, caffeine, and butalbital) last night and this morning. The patient taking Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine (Verbatim): Because the right thing to do thinks everyone should get the vaccine. Additional Information for Other Conditions: Had heart tests because her mom had unknown heart issue; patient knows people get one or the other generally and thought she had it but had ultrasound and monitor as of 3 years ago and was fine with that so they started her on Atenolol for anxiety mostly. Information documented as provided by reporter. She could tell you when she was not pregnant because she had a migraine right before finding out she was not pregnant. History of blocked sinuses. She had to have roto-rooter years and years ago and was on a lot of antibiotics to get rid of the deep seated nasal blockages. This consumer is the patient who was administered her first dose of Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine at 03Mar2021. She was scheduled to get her second dose of Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine today, 24Mar2021 at 16:30. She heard the second dose of Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine can cause chills and fever so she called to ask if those are expected side effects of the second dose, and if so how long does it take for the side effects onset because she does not want to have to have anyone drive her to or from the appointment because she only lives about 15 minutes from vaccine administering facility. She also reported other medical condition of migraines which she takes Fioricet for as needed. She had a migraine start yesterday that is ongoing, and took 1 Fioricet dose yesterday and 1 Fioricet dose today without thinking to ask if that was ok before the second dose of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine was administered-she asked about interaction information for the Fioricet and Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine; if she should or should not take Fioricet after being administered the second dose of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine-because lately she is reading about pain killers-so she wanted to know if that would affect or lower the efficacy of the vaccine. She probably should have just taken some caffeine for the migraine instead of the Fioricet. She asked if so, would she need to get a 3rd dose of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine. She also asked if USMI will schedule her for a 3rd dose of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine with the administering facility if it is determined that she will need one. She reported she has friends who got the second dose of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine who never got any side effects. efficacy. will they schedule her for 3rd dose if needed.Weight: About 119 caught the COVID 10-clarified as she gained 10lbs during COVID-19 pandemic and can't wait to get back to the gym. Migraine: Onset date / time: 23Mar2021 around 20:00 after she took care of the horses about 19:30. She took a Fioricet dose for migraine last night. She still had migraine this morning but it improved, cleared up some so she took another Fioricet dose today. Prior Vaccinations (within 4 weeks) If applicable, list any other vaccinations within four weeks prior to the first administration date of the suspect vaccine(s):She always takes the flu shot every year, has taken every preventative shot ever. The only time she did was when she got the strongest Pneumonia shot you can get for your chest; the Pneumonia shot that you get for viral 1 year and bacterial second year or vice versa. She had first of those 2 Pneumonia shots and the flu shot at the same time; she asked the pharmacist can she get both and they told her she could, so she was administered both at that time. She had chills, fever and this and that. She told the pharmacist about the adverse effects and pharmacist told her they were not from the flu shot, it was because she got the pneumonia shot.
