Left wrist began to hurt and swell around mid April 2021. I went to Medical Office Building where it was discovered through ultra sound I had blood clots in my left wrist. I was immediately sent to the Advanced Care where I was told that I would not be able to go home and to call a family member because I had to remain for treatment which was an intravenous treatment then had to start immediate injections and medication. My wrist is in constant pain and I am unable to work due to the adverse reaction to the COVID 19 vaccine. Follow up appointment with Oncology 5/19/21, Follow up appointment with Primary Care Physician 6/17/21, US DVT Bilateral with Ultrasound-7/19/21

My right hand was very sore and was not able to close it completely for 24 hours on 3-18-2021 and a week later on 3-25-2021 my right leg was sore and was not able to stand on it with full weight. I used a walking cane for (3) days 3-18-2021 to 3-20-2021.

Within 1 minute I felt it run down my arm and my 3 fingers , middle , ring, pinkie finger when tingling , then I felt it run across my chest and my heart or lungs physically hurt then it went to my head and from the moment on if I turned my head in any direction left or right I would be very dizzy. I could keep my head and vision straight ahead and only felt a distance and had to concentrate very hard .

Large swollen lymph node in the left groin; Both breasts hurt terribly; Swollen lymph nodes in both armpits and sides of both breasts; This is a spontaneous report from a contactable consumer, the patient. A 58-year-old non-pregnant female patient received the second dose of BNT162b2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 mRNA VACCINE; Lot Number: EN620S) via an unspecified route of administration on 15Mar2021 at 11:00 (at the age of 58-years-old) as a single dose for COVID-19 immunisation. Medical history included allergy to sulfa. Prior to the vaccination, the patient was not diagnosed with COVID-19. The patient did not receive any other vaccines within four weeks prior to the vaccination. The patient did not receive any medication within 2 weeks of vaccination. On 16Mar2021, after receiving the second vaccine, the patient experienced that both breasts hurt terribly with swollen lymph nodes in both armpits and sides of both breasts. On 26Mar2021, she noticed a large swollen lymph node in the left groin which resulted in medical care including visits to her Primary Care Physician (PCP), a surgeon, an MRI, ultrasound and blood work. The events resulted in doctor or other healthcare professional office/clinic visit, and emergency room/department or urgent care. On an unknown date in 2021, the patient underwent MRI, ultrasound and blood work and the results were unknown. Since the vaccination, the patient had not been tested for COVID-19. The clinical outcome of the events both breasts hurt terribly, swollen lymph nodes in both armpits and sides of both breasts and large swollen lymph node in the left groin were not recovered at the time of this report. No follow-up attempts are needed. No further information is expected.

A 42-year-old non pregnant female patient received first dose of BNT162b2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 mRNA VACCINE; Lot number: EN620S) via an unspecified route of administration in the left arm on 23Mar2021 at 11:30 (at the age of 42-years-old) as a single dose for COVID-19 immunisation. Medical history included fibroids, asthma and pre-diabetic. Concomitant medications included spironolactone (MANUFACTURER UNKNOWN), metformin (MANUFACTURER UNKNOWN), salbutamol (ALBUTEROL), montelukast (MANUFACTURER UNKNOWN), vitamin d (MANUFACTURER UNKNOWN), ethinylestradiol; norgestimate (TRI-LO-SPRINTEC) and vitamin b12 (MANUFACTURER UNKNOWN). The patient had a history of allergy to penicillin. The patient did not receive any other vaccines within 4 weeks prior to the COVID vaccine. Prior to the vaccination, the patient was not diagnosed with COVID-19. On 23Mar2021 at 11:45, the patient felt her face was red and flushed and had a warm and fuzzy numb feeling, kind of felt weird, and had a metallic taste. The patient also experienced headache all day and the next day. Since the vaccination, the patient had been tested for COVID-19 which included a COVID-19 virus test on 26Mar2021 and the result was pending. Adverse events did not result in doctor or other healthcare professional office/clinic visit, and emergency room/department or urgent care. The patient did not receive any treatment for the events. The clinical outcome of the events face was red and flushed, numbness, weird feeling, metallic taste was resolved on 23Mar2021 at 12:45 while the clinical outcome of the event headache was resolved on 24Mar2021. No follow-up attempts are needed. No further information expected.

A 26-year-old male patient received bnt162b2 (Pfizer Covid-19 mRNA vaccine, Solution for injection, Batch/Lot Number: En620s), dose 1 via an unspecified route of administration, administered in Arm Left on 04Mar2021 12:00 PM as SINGLE DOSE for covid-19 immunization. The patient medical history of covid prior to vaccination was reported. The concomitant medications were not reported. Patient had not taken any other vaccine in four weeks. Patient had not taken other medications in two weeks. On 05Mar2021 at 08:00 PM, patient experienced flu like symptoms, Nausea, diarrhea, low grade fever, muscle pain and aches, tiredness, joint pain, headache, head pressure. No covid was tested post vaccination. No therapeutic measures were taken. The outcome of events is not recovered. No follow-up attempts are possible; information about lot/batch number cannot be obtained

Symptomtext

Severe vomiting and diarrhea for 12 hours. Received shot at center. Called at noon on 3/10 and got prescribed ONdansetron 4MG. The vomiting stopped about an hour later. Am still weak this morning. VERY concerned about getting second shot.
