1133-vaccine given 1140-Layed person done with legs raised. Epi given due to dizziness, nausea and hypotensive. Cool rag placed. 1142- BP 80/60, P 69, spo2-93% 1146-110/58, 97 pulse, spo2-79% 1151-118/62, 98%, 95 pulse 1153 EMS called 1155-142/60, 99 %, 99 pulse 1158-132/70, 99 %, 97 pulse Patient had blood sugar taken by EMS, 212. Patient refused to go with EMS, She was willing to take a Uber to her place of employment. She was able to sit up while EMS was still here. She left the observation area at 1210 and was able to walk downstairs on her own power. She did tell me that she gets faint when she listens to things about venipunctures or anything about needles. I was talking to her about what the z track method was, then she got faint.

the night after receiving this 2nd COVID vaccination, I returned to active Afib and started in active Afib status for 9 1/2 days. Since then I have had 2-4 days where no Afib (irregular heartbeat) was recorded, but the past week irregular heartbeat has been recorded each time I took my blood pressure (using an Omron series BP monitor).I can feel my heart flutter often and I am very short of breath, where I cannot walk over a block without getting out of breath.

Had my BP checked each time I participate in Cardio Rehab at the Nortons Springs location each Tuesday and Thursday. On several times there, an irregular heartbeat was recorded. I also it was checked (and found "normal, when I saw D rPA on Monday, March 8th. That night (March 8th) it checked as irregular at home again. PA Jude said she believed that i had been through a period where I did have irregular heartbeat, as they tested my Omron Monitor while I was in their office, on March 8th.

A 34-year-old female patient received BNT162B2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 VACCINE, Lot Number: EN6210), via an unspecified route of administration, administered in Left arm on 01Mar2021 16:00 (at the age of 34-years-old) as dose 2, single for covid-19 immunization. The patient medical history was not reported. Concomitant medication included sertraline 50 mg. The patient previously took bnt162b2 for covid-19 immunisation and experienced fatigue, sertraline. Patient historical vaccine included BNT162B2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 VACCINE, Lot Number: EL9261), via an unspecified route of administration, administered in Left arm on 23Jan2021 as dose 1,0.3 ml, single for covid-19 immunization and experienced tiredness. Prior to vaccination, the patient did not receive any other vaccines within 4 weeks. Patient experienced, swelling, and redness is at the injection site on her left arm. It was a little more than half way down to the elbow. She stated that the COVID vaccine was administered a little low. It was given on top of her bicep and more towards her shoulder. Noticed the tight knot once she got home from receiving the COVID vaccine. On the day of this report the redness and swelling were spreading. It was the size of a quarter yesterday in the morning. Today it is the size of a plum or a little bigger than a half dollar. The outcome of the event was unknown. No follow-up attempts are needed. No further information is expected.

A 73-year-old female patient received second dose of BNT162B2 (PFIZER-BIONTEC COVID-19 mRNA VACCINE, Solution for injection, lot number: EN6210 and expiry date was not reported), via an unspecified route of administration, in Arm Left, on 12Feb2021 (age at vaccination: 73 years), as a single dose for COVID-19 immunization. The patient's medical history included diabetic, renal problems, and chronic back problems. Concomitant medications included insulin and dulaglutide (TRULICITY) both for diabetic. The patient experienced side effects such as nausea, headache, fatigue, dizziness, arm hurting the next day. She stated that she also experienced having a rapid pulse yesterday on 16Feb2021 which was a week after getting the vaccine and wanted to know if it's still ok for her to get the 2nd dose since she experienced these side effects and if having a rapid pulse was one of the normal side effects from the vaccine. Also wanted to know if there were any known interactions of the vaccine with insulin or Trulicity since she mentioned that she took Trulicity last Saturday morning and noticed that she experienced a rapid pulse the day after. The patient also felt extreme discomfort and an elevated heart rate and stated she was in bed 13Feb2021 to 15Feb2021 feeling sick. She felt better then was sick again on Sunday. The patient underwent lab tests and procedures which included glomerular filtration rate: 44 on an unspecified date in Dec2020 and heart rate increased: 119 to 120 on 22Feb2021 (Pulse rapid). The patient stated that they did not give her a second dose date. Outcome of the event she was in bed 13Feb21 to 15Feb21 feeling sick was recovered on 15Feb2021 and for all other events, it was unknown. No follow-up attempts are possible. No further information is expected.

Relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. The patient received first dose of BNT162B2 (lot #: en5318) on 27Jn2021 at 02:30 am on left arm. On 17Feb2021 at 12:00 am the patient presented chills, muscle aches and ran a temperature between 101.7 and 100.1 for 30 hours. No treatment was administered for the events. Symptomtext

Extreme fatigue for 2 days s/p 2nd shot and pain at injections site. Approximately 2 wks after 2nd shot, pain in right shoulder, upper arm. Pain increase and tx with cortisone injection. Pain disappeared. Approximately 10 days after pain in cervical spine, coccyx, left upper arm and right upper arm began and continues. It feel very stiff as if it need to be led and aches continually. I have high pain threshold . I've tried heat and range of motion exercises and the range of motion gives the most relief. It's like no other pain/ache/stiffness I've ever had.

This is a spontaneous report received from contactable reporter(s) (Consumer or other non HCP). The reporter is the patient. An 84-year-old patient received BNT162b2 (BNT162B2), on 22Feb2021 as dose 2, single (Lot number: EN6210) for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history included: "canker sores in mouth and on tongue" (unspecified if ongoing). The patient's concomitant medications were not reported. Vaccination history included: BNT162b2 (Dose 1, lot# EL1283), administration date: 01Feb2021, for COVID-19 Immunization. The following information was reported: THERAPEUTIC RESPONSE UNEXPECTED (non-serious), outcome "unknown", described as "only had 3 Canker sores/a potential solution to the treatment of canker sores". Additional information: it was reported that in all the patient's life had canker sores in mouth and tongue on a constant basis. This began as young as 4 years old. Through in childhood was examined and treated by several dentist. There were times the dentist had told the patient and the parents that the patient had as many as 21 canker sores with some of them as large as a dime. They could never eliminate them. Through adult life this continued and caused extreme discomfort. Patient always had at least 4 to 5 canker sores in the mouth. On 28Oct2021, patient received a 3rd booster lot# 320308D. Since the vaccinations patient only had 3 Canker sores and all 3 occurred where the patient bit the cheek or tongue while eating. Patient thought that this might be interesting potential solution to the treatment of canker sores. Follow-up attempts are completed. No further information is expected.
