Symptomtext

Four days after receiving the vaccine, I started having disturbing dreams every night. I wake up between 2 and 5 am with high anxiety related to the dreams. This has been happening regularly and it disturbs my sleep and increases my stress and anxiety.

Symptomtext

Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine EUA: The evening of and the next day after receiving vaccine patient developed arm discomfort, facial swelling, and extremity rashes that resolved within 24 hours. Patient took acetaminophen for arm pain and diphenhydramine every twelve hours for swelling. During clinic visit to refill anti-hypertensive medications two days after vaccination patient reports symptoms resolved. Vitals within normal ranges except blood pressure elevated. Patient discharged from clinic visit to home stable.

Swelling of eyelid

Symptomtext

A few days after first shot, my eyelids began to swell. I was given desonide Ointment to rub into eyelids and they were better within a day. It happened again after my second shot on 3/3/21 and I again use the ointment.

Symptomtext

Patient may have been given 0.2ml instead of 0.3ml of Pfizer COVID19 vaccine based on an error that the technician made when drawing the vaccine up into the syringe. The patient was contacted and made aware. Based on the CDC and clinical guidelines, re-administration is not recommended since they received > 50% of the dose.
