I've had a sudden onset of tachycardia, with dizziness, difficulty breathing, and pain in my chest. So far after going to the doctor, they have not been able to find the cause. It was at one of these appointments that I was talking to a nurse at let me know other women have been through with similar problems and it might be do to the vaccine. In the case that it is caused by the vaccine I wanted to report it in some way. From the experience I've had not be taken seriously about my symptoms, I could understand that it may be something that is under reported in women in particular.

One week ago the patient developed diarrhea and fevers, which have persisted since onset. After a televisit, her doctor thought she had diverticulitis so started her on bactrim and flagyl. Her diarrhea persisted, and she tested positive for covid on 1/22. She has been vaccinated and boosted. In the last two days she has developed a cough and has been increasingly short of breath, so decided to come to the hospital.In the ER, CXR showed "Patchy bilateral airspace opacities concerning for multifocal pneumonia especially due to Covid-19." and she was on 3L oxygen. She was continued on IV Decadron, lovenox, zinc . Her symptoms gradually improved and she was discharged home with home oxygen and p.o. Decadron.

A 69-year-old male patient received BNT162B2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 VACCINE, solution for injection), intramuscular, administered in left arm on 19Mar2021 (Batch/Lot Number: EN8727) (at the age of 69-years-old) as dose 2, single for COVID-19 immunization. Medical history included patient had hepatitis A in the year 1975, mucus excretion in the morning, stressed and worked, and exercise (normally exercised, would do leg exercises, martial arts exercises, and upper boy exercises; done some weight for years). Concomitant medications included L-arginine; azithromycin (ZMAX); lepidium meyenii root (MACA 2H); all taken for unspecified indications, start and stop dates were not reported. The patient previously received first dose of BNT162B2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 VACCINE, solution for injection) intramuscularly in left arm on 23Feb2021 (lot number: EN6201) (at the age of 69-years-old) for COVID-19 immunization and experienced fatigue, little achy, dizzy, lethargic, liver ache, ang drug interaction; and previously took ginseng and experienced liver ache and drug interaction (ginseng interacting with first dose of the vaccine). The patient reported that after the second vaccination, he felt that his whole breathing experience was easier and stronger. He usually had more mucus excretion in the morning, and it has gone away. He didn't have that any longer. His lungs felt stronger, like they accommodate (as reported). He used to feel more stressed and being worked and he didn't feel that anymore. He normally exercised, would do leg exercises, martial arts exercises, and upper boy exercises. He has done some weight for years. He hasn't really walked a lot, but he never had any stresses, he was very athletic. He never had any stress with walking. However, for the past few days with a few slight stairs, the patient felt out of breath. He went up a slight hill, and he felt out of breath and his legs needed to work a little bit more. The patient thought that maybe he needs to exercise a little bit more. The outcome of the events was unknown. No follow-up attempts are needed; information about lot/batch number cannot be obtained.

Pt received vaccine at 1231 and within 10 minutes reported feeling "shaky" with a warm tingling feeling all over. She was moved via wheelchair to an observation area. Initial vitals at 1245 98% on room air, 100 HR, BP 157/94. Pt stated she was feeling better and was then escorted at 1330 to the bathroom via wheelchair. Upon her return, she reported now experiencing chills and was shaky. Vitals at 1340 were 176/86, 96%, and HR 99. Pt denied SOB, fullness in mouth, and itchiness. Further vitals: 1357 175/85, 96%, HR94. 1405 183/105, HR 107, 97%.; 1406 173/80, HR 104, 97%. It was determined by RN that 911 would should be called to further evaluate the patient. Patient was taken via EMS to the hospital with her husband in attendance.

Pt reported history of palpitations. 1636 151/102, 99%, 80 HR Pt reported palpitations subsided and tingling feeling subsided. 1635 141/94, 99%, 75 HR Pt escorted via wheelchair out of facility with a stop at the bathroom and was advised on follow up for additional care should palpitations return or s/s of allergic reaction.

Medical history and concomitant medication were not reported. The patient was allergy to pineapple. The patient previously received first dose of BNT162b2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 mRNA VACCINE; Lot number: EN6199) via an unspecified route of administration in the left arm on 6Mar2021 at 18:30 (at the age of vaccination 25-years-old) as a single dose for COVID-19 immunisation. Prior to the vaccination, the patient was not diagnosed with COVID-19. Since the vaccination, the patient had not been tested for COVID-19. The patient did not receive any other vaccines within four weeks prior to the vaccination. On 28Mar2021 at 00:00 the patient experienced initial pain at injection site but after 14:45 (about 20 hours later) a large lump started appearing, it was very red and warm to the touch, it grew to about a 3-inch diameter on 29Mar2021 at 18:45 (over the next 48 hours) and started to itch. The patient did not receive any treatment for the event. The adverse event did not result in a visit to the doctors or other healthcare professional office/clinic visit, and emergency room/department or urgent care. The clinical outcome of the events pain at injection site, injection site red, injection site warmth and injection site itching were resolving (redness and itch started to go down after about 2 days); whereas for event injection site large lump and injection site tenderness were not resolved (still a hard bump with the diameter a little larger than a dime and it is tender to touch) at the time of this report. No follow-up attempts are needed. No further information is expected.

A 64-year-old male patient received BNT162b2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 mRNA VACCINE; Lot number: ER8727) via an unspecified route of administration in the left arm on 26Mar2021 at 08:00 (at the age of 64-years-old) as a single dose for COVID-19 immunisation. A 64-year-old male patient received second dose of BNT162b2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 mRNA VACCINE; Lot number: ER8727) via unspecified route of administration in right arm on 25Mar2021 at 12:30 (at the age of 64-year-old), as a single dose for COVID-19 immunisation. Medical history included hypertension and high cholesterol. The patient was allergic to contrast IV dye and erythromycin. Concomitant medications included amlodipine (MANUFACTURER UNKNOWN), atorvastatin (MANUFACTURER UNKNOWN), vitamin D3 (MANUFACTURER UNKNOWN), and cod liver oil (MANUFACTURER UNKNOWN) for unknown indication. The patient previously received first dose of BNT162b2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 mRNA VACCINE; Lot number: EN6203) via unspecified route of administration in right arm on 03Mar2021 at 17:00 (at the age of 64-year-old), as a single dose for COVID-19 immunisation. Prior to the vaccination, the patient was not diagnosed with COVID-19. Since the vaccination, the patient had not tested for COVID-19. The patient's medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. Previously the patient received first dose of bnt162b2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 mRNA VACCINE, Formulation: Solution for injection, lot number: EL6200 and expiration date: unknown), via Intramuscularly on 24Feb2021 14:00 at Right shoulder as a single dose for COVID-19 immunisation. The patient has not taken any vaccines prior 4 weeks of vaccination. On 18Mar2021 at 06:00, the patient experienced Slight headache and slight malaise. The reporter considered the events as non-serious and no treatment was received. The outcome of the events was recovered on 19Mar2021. AE was milder than an average flu shot for me. My wife had no AE at all with either dose. No follow-up attempts are needed. No further information is expected.

Vaccination history included: BNT162b2 (1st dose Pfizer Covid-19 vaccine: 06Mar2021 , NDC: 59267-100-2 , Lot: EN6199 , Exp: 30Jun2021), administration date: 06Mar2021, when the patient was 64-year-old, for COVID-19 Immunization. The following information was reported: INFLUENZA (non-serious) with onset 2021, outcome "recovered", described as "She had flu symptoms"; INAPPROPRIATE SCHEDULE OF PRODUCT ADMINISTRATION (non-serious) with onset 31Jul2021, outcome "unknown", described as "2nd dose Pfizer Covid-19 vaccine: 31Jul2021". First vaccine shot on 3/9/2021, second on 3/30/2021. Symptoms appeared on 11/3/2021 when I noticed a substantial change in my vision in my left eye. I started on fluoxetine on 11/1, so initially believed it to be a side effect of that medication. After the issue persisted, I saw an ophthalmologist on 11/11/2021 who diagnosed me with multiple evanescent white dot syndrome. In researching, I read a report there could be a link to the Pfizer vaccine, so figured it best to report this. I am getting additional labs and have a follow-up on 11/23 to confirm the diagnosis. Typically, this disease resolves itself after a few weeks/months.

Pt reported "feeling funny" several minutes after receiving the vaccine. The individual was moved from a vaccination pod to an observation area where she was monitored and observed for 30 minutes. Vitals: 1340 95/63, HR 82, 94% on room air; 1350 100/64, HR 70, 94% on room air. Pt verified symptoms resolved and was escorted via ambulation out of facility.
