When I received my first two covid shots in 2021, my testosterone levels dropped. After my testosterone dropped, I had to visit a urologist to receive medication to increase my natural levels of testosterone back to normal. The decreased levels of testosterone lasted me for around six months. I later developed a musculoskeletal soreness within my pictorial muscles. This pictorial injury has lasted me almost a year and I have gone to a general practitioner to receive anti-inflammatory medicine and muscle relaxers to heal my chest. But my chest pain still lingers almost a year later. This chest pain has been Amplified after I received my booster shot, which was the third covid shot in 2022.

I started off having headaches. The doctor I saw gave me prednisone. She told me to get Claritin because she thought it was sinus related. On 9/4/2021 I have dizziness that didn't allow me to walk down the hall at work. I became sensitive to sound and light at this time. I was positive Nystagmus 9/23/2021. We did the Epley maneuver and then became negative for nystagmus a week later. My blood pressure went up. I did a EKG which was normal. They thought I had vestibular migraines which I haven't had before in my life. I still go to the neurologist monthly and weekly vestibular therapist appointments. I had an MRI and ECO that came back negative. I use a cane to help with balance when I go to work. At home its easier because I have the walls to use for balance. I have fallen and gotten a concussion. 1/22/2022.

74 y/o WF with PMHx including fibromyalgia, chronic back pain/DDD, etc., referred to the ER from the Infusion clinic due to low SpO2. She was diagnosed with COVID on 8/2 at her PCP's office. She has felt progressively worse -- noting SOB, cough, myalgias, and weakness -- since about 8/1. She was vaccinated in March 2021 (received both Pfizer vaccines at Pharmacy). She had presented today to receive Regeneron infusion; however, she was noted to be tachypneic. SpO2 there was 81% on room air. She was sent to the ER for evaluation. ABG noted hypoxemia with PO2 45. She was placed on 3 L supplemental oxygen with improvement of her SpO2 -- she is not on oxygen at baseline. CXR consistent with viral pneum 74 y/o WF with PMHx including fibromyalgia, chronic back pain/DDD, etc., referred to the ER from the Infusion clinic due to low SpO2. She was diagnosed with COVID on 8/2 at her PCP's office. She has felt progressively worse -- noting SOB, cough, myalgias, and weakness -- since about 8/1. She denies a history of COPD, never smoker, no secondhand exposure, etc. Not on inhalers at baseline. Labs noted leukocytosis, normocytic anemia, thrombocytosis, hypokalemia. With concern for COVID pneumonia, she was admitted to the inpatient service for continued workup and management. She was admitted to the COVID step-down unit and started on dexamethasone and remdesivir. We noted interval clinical improvement, fortunately. Her oxygen requirement was titrated down to 2 L. She qualified for home oxygen and case management made these arrangements. Patient was found to have microcytic anemia. She denied any known history of anemia and also denied any abnormal bleeding or bruising. We tried to obtain a Hemoccult but no sample was provided. Of note, she already had an appointment with physician later this month for a diagnostic colonoscopy. We strongly recommended that the patient follow up with this appointment. Emphysematous changes were also noted on the patient's imaging. She had no known history of COPD and was a lifelong nonsmoker. She denied any smoking exposure, either. We recommend continued outpatient surveillance. She should continue to follow-up with her nephrologist regarding her CKD.

An 18-year-old female patient received BNT162B2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 VACCINE, lot number: EN8730), via an unspecified route of administration in left arm on 28Mar2021 at 10:00 (at the age of 18-years-old) at dose 2, single for COVID-19 immunization. Medical history included asthma and allergic rhinitis. She has known allergies to egg, tree nut, sulfa, and penicillin and mentioned that she experienced anaphylaxis to all these. Prior to vaccination, it was unknown if the patient diagnosed with COVID-19. Concomitant medications included montelukast, triamcinolone acetonide (NASACORT), salbutamol (ALBUTEROL), ascorbic acid (VITAMIN C), and colecalciferol (VITAMIN D). She did not receive any other vaccines within 4 weeks prior to the COVID vaccine. The patient previously received sulfur and experienced allergy causing anaphylaxis. She also previously received BNT162B2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 VACCINE, lot number: EN6205), via an unspecified route of administration in left arm on 07Mar2021 at 10:00 (at the age of 18-years-old) at dose 1, single for COVID-19 immunization and did not experience any severe side effects. Facility where the most recent COVID-19 vaccine was administered was reported as other. During the first dose, the patient didn't have severe side effects. She has a history of anaphylaxis, and on 29Mar2021 at 00:00 (also reported as about 12 hours after the second dose), her face, tongue, and throat swelled. She had a high, persistent fever. Her body felt numb and couldn't stop shaking. Since then, she had severe pulmonary and heart issues. Her body uncontrollably shakes and jolts. She has severe electrical-like pain in her left leg and occasionally on her right. She vomited blood and bile to the point where she lost 15 pounds. Her iron levels were low because of it. She mentioned that she was still being tested for cardiovascular problem with unknown result on an unspecified date in 2021. Therapeutic measures were taken as a result of the events. The events required doctor or other healthcare professional office/clinic visit. Since the vaccination, the patient has not been tested for COVID-19. The outcome of the events was not recovered. The events were reported as serious causing disability. No follow-up attempts are possible. No further information is expected.

I wake up it felt like I had interred ear trouble. I felt dizzy and I felt like I was going to throw up. I stayed in the bed. My husband made me get up to eat. When I tried to eat my soup, I did not have sense of taste and smell. I went to pharmacy for a Covid-19 test, which came back negative. I also had the cold chills and brain fog. I feel fatigue. I went to the local health department and did another Covid-19 test, came back negative. I have high blood pressure when I went to the doctors. I have pain in my hands, in my arm, and left shoulders. It feels like I been boxing all night. I can not sleep on that side either.

About two weeks after second dose. I started having pain in one leg, after a few days it was both legs, then the numbness from waist down, tingling and burning sensation on both feet. Muscle spasms, nerve pain. Since then its been really hard to do my job. I completely stop working on May 18. Doctors orders. I been going to physical therapy, but not helping, My doctor recommended me to report , because, of all the testing and Xrays have got, nothing comes up. He referred me to see a Neurologist and Allergist to further make exams, to make sure its not Guillen Barre Symdrome. I have been in medication for pain , disinflamatory medication, but until now everything is the same.

Within 10 minutes after the 2nd dose of the vaccine on 24Mar2021 at 01:00 PM patient felt tingling sensation starting on her right feet, then right arm, then coming up on my body up to my face. After 15 minutes of starting to feel those sensations, they stopped and I did not feel anything else so far it has been 8h approximately. No therapeutic measures were received for the event. Immediate taste and tickly/tingly feeling in back of throat that left tongue and back of throat feeling a little numb. This all lasted a couple of days. Face and neck were itchy for a couple days. Face became red and splotchy 7 hours later but only lasted 30 min. Felt generally off for a couple days (tired, achy, nauseous, pain at injection site). Itchy rash and pain at injection site started 1 week later and lasted 3-4 days.

A 25 year-old female patient (not pregnant) received bnt162b2 (BNT162B2), administered in arm right, administration date 02Apr2021 09:15 (Lot number: EN 8730) at the age of 25 years as dose 2, single for covid-19 immunisation. Relevant medical history included: "Known allergies: Only animal allergies" (unspecified if ongoing); "Moderate-severe asthma" (unspecified if ongoing). Concomitant medication(s) included: SPRINTEC; BUPROPION HYDROCHLORIDE. Vaccination history included: Bnt162b2 (dose 1, single, administration time: 09:15 AM, vaccine location: Right arm,), administration date: 12Mar2021, when the patient was 25 years old, for COVID-19 immunisation, reaction(s): "sore arm"; Tetanus shot (after tetanus shot in summer, her lower body was in extreme pain and even temperature changes or wind would cause pain in her legs), administration date: 2021, for Immunisation, reaction(s): "lower body was in extreme pain", "pain in my legs". I took a shower and noticed it was red beyond band aid. Slowly got bigger through day and has been this size since. I take a daily allergy pill so didn?t take anything more. Have tried cool compress but doesn?t help. Today 3/29/2021 has gotten very hard.

Several days after the second dose, my apple watch alerted me that my heart rate had sky rocketed to 120bpm for my resting pulse. Typically my heart rate is between 60-70bpm. It's now between 90-110bp; This is a spontaneous report from a contactable consumer, the patient. A 26-year-old non-pregnant female patient received the second dose of BNT162b2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 mRNA VACCINE; Lot Number: EN8730), via an unspecified route of administration in the left arm on 29Mar2021 (at the age of 26-years-old), as a single dose for COVID-19 immunisation. The patient did not have any medical history. The patient did not have any allergies to medications, food, or other products. The patient did not receive any other medications in two weeks of vaccination. The patient previously received the first dose of BNT162b2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 mRNA VACCINE; Lot Number: EN6199), via an unspecified route of administration in the left arm on 08Mar2021 at 14:45 (at the age of 26-years-old), as a single dose for COVID-19 immunisation. Prior to the vaccination, the patient was not diagnosed with COVID-19. Since the vaccination, the patient had not been tested for COVID-19. The patient did not receive any other vaccines within four weeks prior to the vaccination. On 30Mar2021 at 16:00, several days after the second dose the patient's apple watch alerted her that the heart rate had sky rocketed to 120 beats per minute for the resting pulse. Typically, her heart rate was between 60-70 beats per minute. It was now between 90-110 beats per minute when resting. The events resulted in doctor or other healthcare professional office/clinic visit, emergency room/department or urgent care. It was unknown whether any therapeutic measures were taken as a result of the event. On 30Mar2021 at 16:00, the patient underwent lab test and procedure which included heart rate and result was shown as 120bpm. On an unknown date, the patient underwent lab test and procedure which included heart rate and result was shown as 90-110 bpm. The clinical outcome of the event heart rate had sky rocketed to 120 beats per minute for her resting pulse, typically, her heart rate was between 60-70 beats per minute, it was now between 90-110 beats per minute was not resolved at the time of reporting. No follow-up attempts are needed. No further information is expected

Patient contracted COVID-19 2 weeks following 1st vaccine dose; Patient contracted COVID-19 2 weeks following 1st vaccine dose; This is a spontaneous report from a contactable other healthcare professional (HCP). A 45-year-old male patient received BNT162B2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 VACCINE, Solution for injection), intramuscularly, administered in the left arm on 25Mar2021 at 18:00 at the age of 45 years old (Batch/Lot Number: En8730, Expiration date: Unknown) as the 1st dose, single for COVID-19 immunization. The facility where the most recent COVID-19 vaccine was administered was at the pharmacy or drug store. The patient's medical history was not reported. Concomitant medication included finasteride taken for an unspecified indication, start and stop date were not reported. Prior to vaccination, the patient was not diagnosed with COVID-19. The patient did not receive any other vaccines within 4 weeks prior to the COVID vaccine. The patient contracted COVID-19 2 weeks following 1st vaccine dose on 08Apr2021 at 12:00 with polymerase chain reaction (PCR), Covid test via nasal swab: positive post vaccination on 10Apr2021. The reporter assessed the event as non-serious. The adverse event (ae) resulted in a doctor or other healthcare professional office/clinic visit. The patient did not receive any treatment for the adverse event. The patient recovered from the event on an unspecified date in 2021.; Sender's Comments: A causal association between BNT162B2 and the reported events cannot be excluded based on a compatible temporal relation. However, full immunity is only expected 7 days after the second dose.
