The patient had stomach pains nausea thowing up diarehha 33 hours after came in waves and neck pain and pain in top of shoulder blade.. we dind't realize it because it was on the right side......... not the left looking back IT WEAKENED HIS HEART and kille dhim he went to be March 21, 2021 just fine....... woke up at 2:30 lost control of bowels dind't know what was wrong i called 911 his heart rate was 40's and his BP 79/51 took him to facility in ambulance he was dead by 5:17 am ................ this covid killed him....... they tried to shock his heart and in tubed but coudn't save him

Symptomtext

Staff at facility informed staff that a staff member had passed out. RN from drug store found client sitting in a chair, awake and alert, no signs of injury. Had client lay down and elevated legs. BP at 1:50 PM is 122/86, HR is 100, regular and strong, color is good, mentation is good, no signs of injury, client state she feels "weird and tingling". Patinet monitored for over 30 minutes with multiple BP and HR checks and mentation checks. One dose of Bendaryl 25 mg given at 1:57 PM. Orthostatics completed at 2:00 PM. Both HR and BP remain WNL and client continjues to be awake and alert,. Ambulated to bathroom with RN at side. Patient declines need for EMT and went home with her boyfriend at 2:20 PM, BP at 132/88, HR at 80.

Patient c/o thick feeling in her throat and it feeling tingly; patient a little shaky; vital signs good-1355 bp was 128/82; 1405 - bp 124/82; respirations 16 and 18; pulse between 80 and 84. Administered Benadryl 20ml/50mg; patient was talking, laughing and eating chips, stated throat felt better. Her ride came to get her at 1457.

Symptomtext

Injection site pain for 1 day; This is a spontaneous report from a non-contactable consumer reporting for herself. This is the first of two reports. A 52-year-old female patient received the first dose of bnt162b2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 VACCINE), Lot En9264, via an unspecified route of administration in left arm on 02Feb2021 13:30 (at the age of 52 years) at single dose for covid-19 immunisation. Medical history included high blood pressure. The patient was not pregnant at the time of vaccination. The patient was not diagnosed with COVID-19 prior to vaccination. The patient has not been tested for COVID-19 since the vaccination. Allergies to medications, food, or other products were none. Concomitant medication included losartan, vitamin d3, ubidecarenone (Q10). The patient experienced injection site pain for 1 day (non-serious) on Feb2021. No treatment was received for the event. The outcome of the event was resolved. No follow-up attempts are possible. No further information is expected
