Died within 24 hours of taking vaccine; This is a spontaneous report from a contactable consumer. A 49-year-old non-pregnant female patient received second dose of BNT162B2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 VACCINE, Solution for injection, Batch/Lot number was not reported), via an unspecified route of administration, administered in Arm Left on 16Apr2021 (at age of 49 years old) as single dose for COVID-19 immunization. Medical history included Psyriosis, Hypertension. No known allergies. No COVID prior vaccination. The patient didn't receive any other vaccines within 4 weeks prior to the COVID vaccine. Prior to vaccination, the patient was not diagnosed with COVID-19. Concomitant medications the patient received within 2 weeks of vaccination: Hypertension med. The patient previously took first dose of BNT162B2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 VACCINE, Solution for injection, lot number=En6204), on 09Mar2021 (at age of 49 years old) at left arm for COVID-19 immunisation, No reaction on previous exposure to Vaccine. The patient Died within 24 hours of taking vaccine on 17Apr2021 02:30 AM, death cause: Cardiac arrest. AE resulted in: [Patient died]. Date of Death was 17Apr2021. Serious case with Seriousness criteria-Results in death. COVID tested post vaccination on 16Apr2021: Nasal Swab: Negative. Autopsy performed, autopsy remarks: Cardiac arrest. I was bedridden for a few days a week after the vaccine. I was disoriented and stumbling over things and felt dehydrated. I went to the hospital Wednesday night where they diagnosed me w/sepsis and walking pneumonia. I was placed on very strong antibiotics. I spent 2 days in the hospital. Continued taking antibiotics for two weeks afterward and eventually everything cleared up. Also, my t-cells dropped down making it harder for me to fight off the infection.

I had fever, fatigue, loss of taste and smell, mental fog, breathing issues, and cough. I got tested for Covid and it came back positive. I took a lot of vitamins, I used my inhaler, and I got the Regeneron injection. I was sick for about 10 days.

Symptomtext

At 6PM suddenly experienced excruciating pain in my hands. Felt like they had been plunged into an acid bath OR hands being attacked by a million needles. Could not bare hands to be touched and I could not touch ANYTHING with my hands. Could not sleep all night - had to keep hands away from sheets and in the air. In AM took tylenol every 6 hours. After 24 hrs very slight improvement still could not bare hands to be touched. After 48 hours still painful but bearable. Gradual improvement daily. After 7 days still pain in my index fingers. 8th day I could touch index fingers. Today still slight tingling on top of hands. Minimal.

A 61 year-old patient received bnt162b2 (BNT162B2), administration date 30Oct2021 (Lot number: EN0151) as dose 3 (booster), single for covid-19 immunisation. Relevant medical history included: "Seizure Disorder", start date: Jan1982 (ongoing), notes: Head Injury. The patient's concomitant medications were not reported. Vaccination history included: Bnt162b2 (Dose:2nd, AE equired visit to : Physician Office, AE outcome: Recovered, Treatment: Did the event require the initiation of new medication/ other treatment/procedure?: No), administration date: 15Apr2021, for COVID-19 immunization; Bnt162b2 (Dose:1), for COVID-19 immunization. The following information was reported: IMMUNISATION (non-serious) with onset 30Oct2021, outcome "unknown", described as "Booster Dose"; DIARRHOEA (non-serious) with onset Nov2021, outcome "recovering", described as "diarrhea"; HEADACHE (non-serious) with onset Nov2021, outcome "recovering", described as "headaches"; FEELING ABNORMAL (non-serious) with onset Nov2021, outcome "recovering", described as "brain fog"; ANXIETY (non-serious) with onset Nov2021, outcome "recovering", described as "Anxiety". Additional information: In the previous form sent in months ago the reported the details following second shot how it may have been an actual covid infection or some other infection with similar symptoms (5 days in bed, severe headache, fever, horrible sinus get cough, brain fog, 3 months of tiredness). Received the Booster a few week ago and it was not good. A week of diarrhea, headache put me noticeable fever. But there was a brain fog a kind of anxiety, like an extreme level of caffeine, that had lasted a few week was now getting better. I would not do that again. Pt rarely sick had exercised everyday (handwriting not understandable. Was in great shape. The lot number for the vaccine BNT162B2 was not provided and will be requested during follow up.

A 59-year-old non-pregnant female patient received second dose of BNT162B2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 mRNA VACCINE, formulation: solution for injection, Batch/Lot Number: EN0151, expiry date: not reported), via an unspecified route of administration in the left arm on 13Apr2021 07:15 (at the age of 59-year-old) as dose 2, single for covid-19 immunisation. Medical history and known allergies were none. Prior to the vaccination, the patient was not diagnosed with COVID-19. The patient's concomitant medications were not reported. The patient did not receive any other vaccines within four weeks prior to the COVID-19 vaccine. The patient previously received first dose of BNT162B2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 mRNA VACCINE, formulation: solution for injection, Batch/Lot Number: EN6207, expiry date: not reported), via an unspecified route of administration in the left arm on 23Mar2021 07:15 (at the age of 59-years old) as dose 1, single for covid-19 immunisation and experienced diarrhoea, severe pain in lower left side, diverticulitis and black liquid stool. On 14Apr2021 05:00AM, Day 1 after shot 2 the patient experienced diarrhoea (same as before, after first dose). Switched immediately to liquid diet. No intense pain so far. Seems too coincidental to not be due to vaccine. Post vaccination, the patient had not been tested for COVID-19. The outcome of the event was not recovered. No follow-up attempts are possible. No further information is expected.

A 33-year-old non-pregnant female patient received first dose of BNT162b2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 mRNA VACCINE; Lot Number: EN0151) via an unspecified route of administration in the left arm on 20Apr2021 at 09:15 (at the age of 33-years-old) as a single dose for COVID-19 immunisation. Medical history included polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). The patient had no known allergies to medications, food, or other products. Prior to the vaccination, the patient was not diagnosed with COVID-19. The patient did not receive any other vaccines within 4 weeks prior to the COVID-19 vaccine. Concomitant medication included unspecified birth control pill from an unknown date and unknown if ongoing. On 22Apr2021, the patient experienced heavy menstrual bleeding and fatigue. The events did not result in doctor or other healthcare professional office/clinic visit, emergency room/department or urgent care. It was unknown if any therapeutic measures were taken as a result of the events. Since the vaccination, the patient had not been tested for COVID-19. A 77-years-old male patient received first dose of bnt162b2 (BNT162B2, Solution for injection, Batch/Lot Number: EN0151), via an unspecified route of administration, administered in Arm Left on 09Apr2021 11:00 as single dose for COVID-19 immunization. The patient medical history was not reported. Concomitant medications were not reported. After 2 days he got small scratches on my hands, arms, neck, chest and face at 11:30 those of the hand disappeared those of the arm lasted two days together with those of the neck those on the chest, a very large slot was made from the size of the hand to the height of the heart and he still have it tomorrow it is already a week of the second dose of the vaccine those on the face on the right side disappeared after 2 days, those on the left side swelled up or grows a lot have gone decreasing but are still present and he started to leave today welts on my arm and leg on 05Apr2021. Treatment received with Benadryl. The outcome of the event was not recovered. No follow-up attempts are needed. No further information is expected.

Thursday and a couple hours later I had bad pain and took Tylenol, the evening I was hurting I couldn't lift my arm because the pain was at a 15 on scale of 1-10. I couldn't even get out of my clothes it hurt/ache so bad, I took my pain meds at bedtime and 4-5 hours later the pain woke me up and I took another series of OTC pain pills.
