My sister traveled to stay with me on the week of September 20th 2021, she felt ill on September 22 2021 with a very bad cough and fever. I felt ill the next day, on the 23rd. On the 25th we both got tested for COVID-19. We were both negative. She was very ill, but I was coughing and had a low grade fever at that time. Knowing I did not have COVID-19, I was just treating myself for an upper respiratory infection. I was home sick for that time. I was coughing, having trouble breathing and sharpness in my chest like knives. I took Tylenol every four hours and drinking Pedialyte and also taking Mucinex. For the first week, my chest was really bad so I was making myself walk around and take deep breathes because I was fearful that it would turn into Pneumonia. The fever broke around October 3rd. I was weak and didn't feel good still but was getting a little better. On October 5th my friend called the ambulance because I was coughing and my back went out. I was in extraordinary pain so the ambulance took me to the hospital. When I got there, they tested me for COVID-19 and Flu, both negative. They did testing and some of my testing came back normal, without a copy of the test I cannot tell you what all that was. I had some sort of strain on my heart and was admitted to the hospital on the 5th of October and they did full test for upper respiratory infections and I tested positive for an infection. I was discharged on the 6th and followed up with my heart Dr. I saw her on the 11th or 12th of October. She sent me home and told me to continue to taking Tylenol. Today I have a follow up with my GP and he may advise other follow up treatment. Also around October 7th my left ear plugged and I got a really bad earache, I used over the counter ear drops for that as well. When I did see the Cardiologist she noticed my left side lymph nodes were very swollen and they still are today as well.

SOB; hives; axilla swelling; This is a spontaneous report from a non-contactable other health professional. This other HCP reported for specific patient that a 43-year-old female patient received BNT162B2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 VACCINE, lot number: EN0161) at the age of 43-years, via an unspecified route of administration on 17Apr2021 at single dose for COVID-19 immunization. Medical history was not reported. The patient was not pregnant at time of vaccination. Prior to vaccination, the patient was not diagnosed with COVID-19, did not receive any other vaccines within 4 weeks prior to the COVID vaccine. Concomitant medications were not reported. On 03May2021, the patient experienced hives, axilla swelling and SOB. The events result in emergency room/department or urgent care. The patient received steroids as treatment to the events. Outcome of the events was recovering/resolving. No follow-up attempts are possible. No further information expected.

I was diagnosed with COVID-19 ON 08/06/2021-COVID-19 Test- positive. The doctor was calling me once a week, and messaging me almost daily, and I had video appointments with him. Symptoms: having horrible headaches, lost sense of smell, chills, fatigue, body weakness, fever, really bad nausea, and a cough, and laryngitis. I had laryngitis for over a week. The doctor put me on Doxycycline. I wound up taking 2 doses from it, 14 days total. I was given Albuterol, Zofran for the nausea, and Excedrin for the headache, and taking my prescription medication when the Excedrin did not help. It would at least take the edge off of it but would not relieve it. I was also alternating Tylenol and Ibuprofen for my fever. I had my symptoms for like 45 days total.

Feel fatigued; Bit hot; This is a spontaneous report from a contactable consumer, the patient. A 31-year-old male patient received second dose of BNT162b2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 mRNA VACCINE; Lot Number: EN0161) via an unspecified route of administration in the left arm on 13May2021 at 08:30 (at the age of 31-year-old) as a single dose for COVID-19 immunisation. It was reported that patient did not know if he had any medical history or known allergies. Prior to the vaccination, the patient was diagnosed with COVID-19 (reported as no). On 03Dec2020, the patient underwent test COVID-19 test and the result was negative. The patient did not receive any other vaccines within four weeks prior to the vaccination. Concomitant medications were not reported. The patient previously received first dose of BNT162b2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 mRNA VACCINE; Lot Number: EN0153) via an unspecified route of administration in the left arm on 22Apr2021 at 08:30 (at the age of 31-year-old) as a single dose for COVID-19 immunisation. On 13May2021 at 22:00, (reported as 15 hours) after the second dose of vaccine the patient felt fatigued and a bit hot. The events did not result in doctor or other healthcare professional office/clinic visit and emergency room/department or urgent care. Since the vaccination, the patient had not been tested for COVID-19 (reported as yes). Therapeutic measures were not taken as a result of the events. The clinical outcome of the event felt fatigued and a bit hot was recovering at the time of this report. No follow-up attempts are needed. No further information is expected.

A 58-years-old female patient received the first dose of bnt162b2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 VACCINE), via an unspecified route of administration, administered in Arm Left on 16Apr2021 16:45 (Batch/Lot Number: EN0161) as 1ST DOSE, SINGLE for covid-19 immunisation. The patient medical history was not reported. The patient's concomitant medications were not reported. The patient previously took lisinopril and experienced allergy. After getting shot about 1/2 hr later tongue on right side started going numb and right side of face started to swell on 16Apr2021 17:30. Therapeutic measures were taken included steriods and antihistamine. Patient visited doctor or other healthcare professional office/clinic visit for events. Outcome of events was recovered. No follow-up attempts are possible. No further information is expected.
