Sleepy; Tired; Dizzy; skin burning sensation through out body; Pain spread from left arm to right arm; Both legs cramping; My face turn red flushed with headache; Rapid and strong heartbeats; Some short of breathe; Anxiety; FACE TURN RED FLUSHED WITH HEADACHE; This is a spontaneous report from a contactable healthcare professional, the patient. A 31-year-old non-pregnant female patient received the second dose of BNT162b2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 mRNA VACCINE; Lot Number: EN0169) via an unspecified route of administration in the left arm on 20Apr2021 at 08:00 (at the age of 31-year-old) as a single dose for COVID-19 immunisation. Medical history included polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) and adenoma. The patient had no known allergies to medications, food, or other products. Prior to vaccination, the patient was not diagnosed with COVID-19. The patient did not receive any other vaccines within four weeks prior to the vaccination. Concomitant medication taken within two weeks were not reported. The patient previously received the first dose of BNT162b2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 mRNA VACCINE; Lot Number: EN6207) via an unspecified route of administration in the left arm on 30Mar2021 at 08:00 (at the age of 31-year-old) as a single dose for COVID-19 immunisation. On 20Apr2021 at 21:15, the patient initially once she got vaccine she began sleepy, tired, and dizzy 12-13 hours after vaccine. Also experienced skin burning sensation through out body, pain spread from left arm to right arm down both legs cramping. The patient's face turned red flushed with headache with very rapid and strong heartbeats. Some short of breathe and top of it anxiety same time. The events resulted in doctor or other healthcare professional office/clinic visit, emergency room/department visit or urgent care. It was unknown whether any therapeutic measures were taken as a result of the events. Since the vaccination, the patient had not been tested for COVID-19. The clinical outcome of the events sleepy, tiredness, dizzy, burning sensation skin, pain spread from left arm to right arm down both legs cramping patient's face turned red flushed with headache with very rapid and strong heartbeats, some short of breathe and top of it anxiety was recovering at the time of this report. No follow-up attempts are needed. No further information is expected.

Symptomtext

On the next day I experienced a very severe migraine headache with nausea and vomiting. I had to throw up almost every 30 minutes. After calling urgent care, I was advised to visit the nearest emergency room where I was given an IV with pain and anti-nausea medication.

Medical history included Food allergy to lemon from an unknown date and unknown if ongoing, coronary artery disease from an unknown date and unknown if ongoing Verbatim: I am a heart patient with coronary artery disease, stent placement from 29Dec2016 to an unknown date Verbatim: 2 stents placed in the LAD & L Circ. on 29Dec2016. Concomitant medication(s) included immunoglobulin varicella-zoster (ZOSTER IMMUNOGLOBULIN) taken for an unspecified indication from 17Feb2021 to 17Feb2021; ticagrelor (BRILINTA) taken for cardiac disorder, start and stop date were not reported; carvedilol (CARVEDILOL) taken for an unspecified indication, start and stop date were not reported. I am a heart patient with coronary artery disease, 2 stents placed in the LAD & L Circ. on 29Dec2016.Therapeutic measures were taken as a result of on days 11,12,13 & 14 - have experienced 6 sever nosebleed events, lasting 10 minutes each or longer. Doctor or other healthcare professional office/clinic visit, treatment received for the adverse event First aid to stop the bleeding. The outcome of the event was not recovered. This 51-year-old female patient received bnt162b2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 VACCINE), via an unspecified route of administration, administered in left arm on 20Apr2021 around 10:45 or 11 am (Batch/Lot Number: EN0169) as 1st dose, single for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. No prior vaccinations within 4 weeks. The patient had her first Pfizer Covid vaccine dose on 20Apr2021 and tested a nose swab test positive for Covid on 10May2021 using a Covid self test. She took the test twice. Patient has no symptoms, does not feel tired and has no temperature. Her temperature was 97.5F, which was checked when she came into work. Patient was scheduled another Covid test on 12May2021. She wants to know if she has tested positive for Covid, can she still get the second dose of the vaccine. No emergency room or physician office visit. The event outcome was unknown. Follow-up attempts completed. No further information is expected.
