Unable to sleep; numbness and tingling in arms and legs; numbness and tingling in arms and legs; random sharp pains; twitching muscles; eye pain; teeth pain; sensitive to touch; Brain fog; Nerve pain; Sharp pains down both legs; achy bone; sharp stomach pain; irregular menstrual cycle; This is a spontaneous report received from contactable reporter(s) (Other HCP) for a Pfizer sponsored program. The reporter is the patient. A 40 year-old female patient (not pregnant) received bnt162b2 (BNT162B2), intramuscular, administered in arm left, administration date 20Aug2021 12:00 (Lot number: EN0185) at the age of 40 years as dose 1, single for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history was not reported. There were no concomitant medications. Past drug history included: Amoxicillin, reaction(s): "known allergies: Amoxicillin"; Septra, reaction(s): "known allergies: Septra"; Erythromycin, reaction(s): "known allergies: Erythromycin"; Gluten, reaction(s): "known allergies: Gluten". Therapeutic measures were not taken as a result of initial insomnia, hypoaesthesia, paraesthesia, pain, muscle twitching, eye pain, toothache, hyperaesthesia, feeling abnormal, neuralgia, pain in extremity, bone pain, abdominal pain upper, menstruation irregular. Additional information: Dose 2 on 10Sep2021 12:00PM, via Intramuscular route of administration on left arm. (lot number: EW0185). Patient got her Covid 19 Vaccine back in September and patient now required to get the booster for work. patient had some really strange side affects from the vaccine which makes her extremely nervous to get the booster. patient understand the reasons they were mandating the booster and she was all for it but she was not sure if it was safe for her. Here was a list of side affects she had. Unable to sleep, numbness and tingling in arms and legs, random sharp pains, twitching muscles, eye pain, teeth pain, sensitive to touch. Patient did not receive any other vaccine in four weeks. Patient did not receive any other medications in two weeks. Patient did not had covid prior to vaccination. Since the vaccination, patient did not tested for Covid-19.
