I don't know what to do."; I am sick; my arm had blood pressure, it is little bit of high; I have terrible pain in my arm; This is a spontaneous report from a contactable consumer (patient). A patient of unspecified age and gender received bnt162b2 (PFIZER BIONTECH COVID-19 MRNA VACCINE Solution for injection Lot Number: EN0187) via an unspecified route of administration on an unspecified date as dose 3, single for COVID-19 immunisation. The patient medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. On an unspecified date, it was reported that I had a vaccine shot yesterday booster, the third one and I am sick today. At this age my arm had blood pressure, it is little bit of high, but it is okay. The patient underwent lab tests and procedures which included blood pressure resulted as high on an unknown date. The clinical outcome of the events was unknown. No follow attempts are possible, no further information is expected.

Chest and back itch incredibly; Does feel hot; now swelling of his face or throat; now swelling of his face or throat; This is a spontaneous report from a contactable consumer or other non-healthcare professional (Patient's father). An 18-years-old male patient received first dose of bnt162b2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 mRNA VACCINE, Solution for Injection, batch/lot number: EN0187 and Expiration date was not reported), via an unspecified route of administration, administered in Arm Left on 25Jun2021 14:30 (at the time of vaccination 18-years-old), as a single dose for COVID-19 immunization. The patient's medical history include sunburn and reported that he did have a sunburn 3 days ago. No concomitant medications were not reported. The caller provided other relevant medical history including but not limited to these conditions; diagnosed allergies, compromised immune status, respiratory illness, genetic/chromosomal abnormalities, endocrine abnormalities (including diabetes) and obesity. The patient did not have any other vaccination prior to COVID vaccine (within 4 weeks). No family Medical History Relevant to adverse events. On 25Jun2021, the patient experienced chest and back itch incredibly, does feel hot, and now swelling of his face or throat. It was reported that, today (25Jun2021) the caller 18-year-old son had the Covid-19 vaccination. He had the vaccine about 2 hours ago. Everything was fine up until about 30 minutes ago. He claims his chest and back itch incredibly. He had no other symptoms and no rash. He does feel hot. He had no difficulty breathing and now swelling of his face or throat. The caller wife was a nurse. She did not feel like it was an emergency at that point but being a nurse, she wanted him to check and see if they have any Benadryl. No relevant tests. Patient did not visit to emergency room, physician office and not hospitalized. The outcome for all the events was not resolved. Additional Information has been requested.

Symptomtext

Lymph node under left ear swelled and remains swollen as of 5/25.; This is a spontaneous report from a non-contactable consumer, the patient. A 67-year-old non-pregnant female patient received BNT162b2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 mRNA VACCINE; Lot Number: EN0187) via an unspecified route of administration in the right arm on 20May2021 at 15:15 (at the age of 67-years-old) as a single dose for COVID-19 immunisation. Medical history included mitral valve prolapse and cholesterol high. The patient had no known allergies. Concomitant medications included pravastatin (MANUFACTURER UNKNOWN); ezetimibe (ZETIA) and apixaban (ELIQUIS) from an unknown date, for unknown indications and unknown if ongoing. Prior to the vaccination, the patient was not diagnosed with COVID-19. Since the vaccination, the patient had not been tested for COVID-19. The patient did not receive any other vaccines within four weeks prior to the COVID vaccine. On 22May2021, the patient experienced lymph node under left ear swelled. The patient reported that she had lymph node under left ear swelled within 48 hours of vaccination and remained swollen as of 25May2021. No therapeutic measures were taken as a result of the event. The events did not result in doctor or other healthcare professional office/clinic visit, emergency room/department or urgent care. The clinical outcome of the event lymph node under left ear swelled was not recovered at the time of report. No follow-up attempts are possible. No further information is expected.
