Patient took first Vaccine on 5/19/2021. The day after she was experiencing flu symptoms. When the patient cycles started it was extremely painful. She was in bed for three days due to the pain. The Second vaccine was given on 6/09/2021. Patient had flu symptoms again. When her cycle started she had blood clots, and loose stool. Patient was very active, now all she wants to do is stay on bed. When patient is on her cycle she can not sleep from the pain.

First vaccination shot was on Friday afternoon, the morning after and for a week after I experienced vertigo/dizzy type symptoms, sore throat, fatigue The second vaccination was on Friday afternoon and the next morning I experienced the following symptoms: Arm Pain in the injection site (could not lift my arm) - 3 days Chills, cough, body aches, extreme fatigue , dizziness, shortness of breath (no fever) - 3 days The fatigue, dizziness, are still present as of 6/17/21.

A 32 year-old female patient (not pregnant) received bnt162b2 (BNT162B2), intramuscular, administered in arm right, administration date 29Oct2021 08:30 (Lot number: EN0217) at the age of 32 years as dose 3 (booster), single for covid-19 immunisation. The patient had no relevant medical history. There were no concomitant medications. Vaccination history included: Bnt162b2 (Dose Number: 2 at 15:30 PM, Batch/Lot No: ER5734, Intramuscular in Arm Left), administration date: 07Apr2021, when the patient was 31 years old, for COVID-19 immunization; Bnt162b2 (Dose Number: 1 at 16:30 PM, Batch/Lot No: EN6207, Intramuscular in Arm Left), administration date: 17Mar2021, when the patient was 31 years old, for COVID-19 immunization. Medical history included hypertension from an unknown date and unknown if ongoing. There were no concomitant medications. There was no other vaccine in four weeks. There were no known allergies. Historical vaccine included bnt162b2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 VACCINE), dose 1 intramuscular, administered in Arm Left on 23Feb2021 09:00 (Batch/Lot Number: EL3247) (at the age of 49 years), and bnt162b2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 VACCINE), dose 2 intramuscular, administered in Arm Left on 16Mar2021 09:00 (Batch/Lot Number: EL3247) (at the age of 49 years), both for COVID-19 immunisation. The patient experienced high fever, dizziness, body aches, lethargy, headache, pain at injection site/ Significant pain at injection site, and radiating inwards to underarm, all on 15Oct2021 04:00, significant facial swelling, left and right side near ears on 16Oct2021. The outcome of event pain at injection site was recovered with sequel on 17Oct2021, while for other events was recovered with sequel on 16Oct2021. There was no treatment for events. Symptomtext

Patient felt very nauseated. He said every thing looked grey, he said he could not see any colors. He said his head hurt really bad. HIs mother said he did eat before coming in. He drank some gatorade and ate some graham crackers. He said he felt better after about 15 minutes. He and his mother then walked around the store for 10-15 minutes. I called his mother around 5:00pm and she said he napped for an hour and felt fine.
