The reporter is the patient. A 40-year-old female patient received BNT162b2 (BNT162B2), as dose 2, single (Lot number: EN1085) for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. Stated that she reported yesterday that when she got the second shot that it attacked her nervous system, eyes, teeth, her skin sensitive to touch, had numbness, tingling in her arms and legs and then sharp pains in her arms and legs. Stated that she still gets some of the pain in her legs and is scheduled to see specialist. Stated that she is nervous to get the booster and is afraid the nerve pain will not go away. Stated that she had twitching in her hands which is weird. Stated that she was in bed for 6 days because everything hurt so bad and then everything started to slowly get better. Stated that she is due for the booster and wanted to know if it is safe to get the booster. Stated that she understands that she is a healthcare work and has to get it in order to keep her job. Clarified that this is for the Pfizer Covid vaccine. Stated that some started with first shot and after second shot had the nerve pain everywhere. Clarified that the pain in her legs was after the first shot. Stated that she provided the product details for the first and second shot previously.
