Symptomtext
73 year old female client told RN on 3/22 that on March 14th, after getting 2nd dose of Pfizer vaccine (EN 16203). On March 15th morning, she got Bell's Palsy on her R face. Her doctor sent her to ER and the doctor prescribed her Prednisone (20 mg tid) and Valacyclovir (1 g tid) for 7 days. After one week, client was slowly recovered.
