Itchy; chills; Nauseous; Slight headache; This is a spontaneous report from a contactable consumer (her self). A 49-years-old female patient received bnt162b2 (BNT162B2, Solution for injection), via an unspecified route of administration (Lot Number: EN203) as single dose for covid-19 immunisation. Medical history included asthma, allergy, bipolar, high cholesterol, obesity, low thyroid and allergy to penicillin. The patient's concomitant medications were not reported. The patient previously took aripiprazole (ABILIFY) and lithium and experienced drug hypersensitivity. On 24Feb2021 14:00, the patient experienced itchy, chills, nauseous, slight headache. There was no treatment for the events. The outcome of the events not recovered.
