Symptomtext
Severe sinus headaches daily for ~2-2.5 weeks that did not respond to decongestants, humidifiers, neti pot, hot liquids, etc. Sought treatment on 12/7 at urgent care and was prescribed a 7-day course of antibiotics (amox-clav 875-125 mg) and oxymetazoine nasal spray. Headaches finally began to lessen after approx 4 days on antibiotics and went away by day 6.
