Symptomtext
Developed mild itching over all skin surface including scalp about 20 minutes post vaccine administration. No rash. Administered Benadryl 50mg orally. Vital signs stable with PO2 @ 99% & Pulse 62-64, regular. Itching subsided and she was discharged to her husband @ noon. She was instructed to contact her hematologist to inform of this event.
