Symptomtext

C/O dizziness, sweating, sensation of throat getting tight. Called 911, brought to Medical Tent. No obvious respiratory distress, V/S stable X 4 checks. No local injection site reaction, no hives/rash. Was dizzy trying to sit up, tried X3 with paramedics present. After 37 minutes able to sit up, taken to vehicle by W/C. Refused to be transported to ER, signed "Refusal of Medical Treatment Form. Advised to F/U with primary care physician.

Symptomtext

Patient was seated during her mandatory 30 minute wait, where she stated she began to feel light headed and had a headache. Stated that she has a history of pseudo seizures and that she had one with her first vaccine. Patient then became unresponsive, slumped back in her chair and began to seize. She was lowered to the floor while she was seizing and monitored by paramedics who were on site until the seizure was over. The seizure lasted approximately 4 minutes. Patient was postictal and elected to be transported to the ED for further evaluation. ED discharged her home.

Have had a stiff neck and bit of a headache on and off constantly; Have had a stiff neck and bit of a headache on and off constantly; This is a spontaneous report received from a contactable reporter(s) (Consumer or other non HCP). The reporter is the patient. A 71 year-old male patient received bnt162b2 (BNT162B2), administered in arm right, administration date 26Feb2021 (Lot number: EN2603) at the age of 71 years as dose 1, single and administered in arm left, administration date 19Mar2021 (Lot number: EN6204) as dose 2, single for covid-19 immunisation. Relevant medical history included: "Blood pressure" (unspecified if ongoing), notes: Verbatim: Blood pressure. Concomitant medication(s) included: VALSARTAN; ROSUVASTATIN. The following information was reported: MUSCULOSKELETAL STIFFNESS (non-serious), HEADACHE (non-serious) all with onset 27Feb2021, outcome "not recovered" and all described as "Have had a stiff neck and bit of a headache on and off constantly". Therapeutic measures were not taken as a result of musculoskeletal stiffness, headache. Additional information: Consumer stated, since he got first Covid shot on the 26Feb, he had a stiff neck and bit of a headache on and off constantly and was having it ever since he had that shot and even it became worse after he had second shot. No follow-up attempts are possible. No further information is expected.

Symptomtext

Patient experienced allergic reaction at 15 minutes post vaccine. Complained of itching on palms and spreading up her arms. Given 50 mg Benadryl immediately. Vital signs were normal and stable: BP = 104/62 to 118/60; P = 75-80 regular rate; T= 98.3; PO2 = 99%. Patient discharged to family member/home at 12:10pm with instructions to contact doctor/clinic to report incident.

Symptomtext

Complained of being lightheaded 15 minutes after injection. BP = 120/72 ; P=80, skin warm & dry. Denies other symptoms of pain, nausea or fever. She drank 16 oz. water. At 11:19am , she became diaphoretic and said she felt worse. BP = 114/82; P=82. She drank another 6 oz of juice. At 11:29, her skin was warm & dry, BP = 116/82 ; P=80, regular. She was discharged at 11:39, with normal vital signs and feeling well overall.

Symptomtext

Patient went to discharge and on standing, felt lightheaded with leg & hand weakness. She complained of chills and nausea and a sensation beginning from her upper arms/shoulders and spreading through to her torso and upper legs. It lasted about 5-10 seconds. She sat down immediately. She was always alert and coherent. Skin was warm and dry. Vital signs: BP = 120/80, P=60, T=98.6, R=18 and regular. She stated she had not eaten breakfast and had only had a cup of coffee all morning. Her symptoms lasted a few minutes. She was given lunch to eat and felt better immediately. It was recommended she contact her doctor/clinic and she said she would do that. She returned to her classroom at 12:15 pm. Follow-up call today (3/4/21) - she stated she had no more symptoms and was feeling well overall.
