Symptomtext

After 24 hours of receiving the vaccine I started with a fever and pain in the joints of my hands. The pain is a 10, they were inflamed, and it was difficult to close them. After 4 days everthing disappered. But in the month of May the symptoms reappeared with difficulty in opening bottles. I communicate this because I suffer from chronic diseases such as: DM2, BPH, Hypothyroidism, Hiccups for the thyroid, discoid lupus and arthritis in the hip area. I am reporting it because I am concerned.

Symptomtext

Constant Bilateral Tinnitus, with attacking episodes multiple times a day; This is a spontaneous report from a contactable physician (patient). A 40-year-old non-pregnant female patient received BNT162B2 (BNT162B2, Formulation: Solution for injection, Batch/Lot Number: EL1283) first dose via an unspecified route of administration on 29Jan2021 as single dose for COVID-19 immunization. The patient medical history was not reported. The patient concomitant medications included iron supplement (SPATONE IRON supplement) for unspecified indication. On 14Feb2021 the patient experienced constant bilateral tinnitus, with attacking episodes multiple times a day (tinnitus) (disability). Therapeutic measures were taken as a result of constant bilateral tinnitus included prednisone taper. The patient did not receive any other vaccines within 4 weeks prior to the COVID vaccine. Prior to vaccination, was the patient did not underwent diagnosed with COVID-19. After the vaccination patient did not tested for COVID-19. The outcome of the events was not recovered.
