Symptomtext

Patient presented to the hospital 1/24/22 from hematologist office due to low HBG 7.1 without apparent bleeding. History of GI bleed, takes iron supplements. Presented due to progressively feeling worse, weak, lightheaded, exertional SOB. + blood in stool. Chest xray on 1/27 IMPRESSION: 1. Cardiomegaly and minimal vascular congestion of concern for minimal/early developing congestive heart failure. Patient treated with Lasix and improving. Pt treated for GI bleed - asymptomic for COVID; discharge 1/29/22. Previously vaccinated Pfizer 2/10/21 & 3/3/21. Discharged 1/29/22
