A 55 year-old female patient received bnt162b2 (BNT162B2) (Lot number: EN3602) at the age of 55 years as dose number unknown, single for covid-19 immunisation. Relevant medical history included: "heart transplant", start date: Jul2019 (unspecified if ongoing); "Cytomegalovirus", start date: Jun2020 (unspecified if ongoing). Concomitant medication(s) included: TACROLIMUS; MYCOPHENOLIC ACID; VALGANCICLOVIR. Past drug history included: Acyclovir, reaction(s): "didn't do anything.". The following information was reported: THERAPEUTIC RESPONSE UNEXPECTED (non-serious), outcome "unknown", described as "It (Covid-19 vaccine) killed cytomegalovirus as unintended side effect". She has had it for 10 months. She first diagnosed in June 2020. That was when the virus became a problem. When she got the Pfizer shot, it got rid of it.
