Symptomtext

Received Pfizer vaccine #1 (lot EL9269) to L arm on 2/3/21 and Pfizer #2 (lot EN5318) on 2/24/21. She developed fever, chills, fatigue that lasted 48 hrs after dose #2 and then resolved. Patient developed chest pain radiating to L jaw / L arm on 4/18/21. She was evaluated in the hospital and eventually diagnosed with cardiac sarcoid.

During this time she had the following: Troponin labs (1st negative, 2nd and 3rd elevated), "all other labs normal", cardiac catheterization which was negative, CTA negative, MRI heart showed scarring in septum, PET scan was consistent with cardiac sarcoid. She also developed heart block and was treated with Atropine with no response - developed into LBBB/RBBB. She had an AICD placed while hospitalized.
