migraine today 08may it had still not gone away and was getting worse; This is a spontaneous report from a contactable consumer or other non hcp (patient herself). A 33-year-old non pregnant female patient received bnt162b2 (BNT162B2 PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 VACCINE, Formulation: solution for injection Lot Number: EN5313) via an unspecified route of administration, administered in arm left on 04May2021 12:45 pm (at the age of 33 years) as dose 2, single for COVID-19 immunisation. The medical history included as none relevant history. Concomitant medication were metformin hydrochloride (METFORMIN ER); spironolactone (SPIRONOLACTONE), all from an unspecified date to an unspecified date taken for an unspecified indication. Historical vaccine included first dose of bnt162b2 (BNT162B2 PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 VACCINE, Formulation: solution for injection Lot Number: EL9267) via an unspecified route of administration, administered in arm left on 13Apr2021 12:45 pm as dose 1, single for COVID-19 immunisation. She had no known allergies. She was not diagnosed with COVID prior to vaccination. she was not tested for COVID post vaccination. She did not receive any other vaccine in four weeks. On 05May2021 03:30, the patient experienced migraine today 08may it had still not gone away and was getting worse. The resulted events lead to visit emergency room. Therapeutic measures were taken. The clinical outcome of events was not recovered. No follow-up attempts are possible. No further information is expected.

Symptomtext

I started having problems with joint inflammation. I started with my primary care physician and he suggested physical therapy. He also prescribed a dose pack to reduce the inflammation. During taking the dose pack, the pain was eliminated but came back as the dosage decreased. Physical therapy was primarily showing me how to stretch and that was not effective. I now cannot walk to the end of my street without extreme pain in my right knee and my right hip due to inflammation. I take over the counter Motrin to help with the pain and am not able to perform the daily tasks I normally performed that require walking more than a short distance or standing over 5 minutes.

Both knees had been replaced prior to the introduction of the Covid Vaccination. I received Pfizer vaccine on 1/16/2021 and second one on 2/6/2021. Otherwise, I was healthy and very active physically walking a couple miles each day and performing numerous physical tasks such as mowing the lawn, clearing snow in the winter from the driveway and side walks and trimming tree branches, etc.

Dizziness, balance issues began @ weeks after1st shot. most pronounced when first getting up in the morning. continued fatigue throughout the period. I healthy and have never had balance issue. (retired military and airline pilot. Meclizine of on help.
