she had a slight headache; This is a spontaneous report received from contactable reporter(s) (Consumer or other non HCP). The reporter is the patient. A 60 year-old female patient received bnt162b2 (BNT162B2), administered in arm left, administration date 25Feb2021 (Lot number: EN531B) at the age of 60 years as dose 2, single for covid-19 immunisation. Relevant medical history included: "Diabetes" (unspecified if ongoing); "COPD" (unspecified if ongoing); "Rheumatoid arthritis" (unspecified if ongoing). The patient's concomitant medications were not reported. Vaccination history included: Bnt162b2 (Lot number- EN531B, Expiration Date- UNKNOWN, Anatomical Location- may have received in left arm by injection), administration date: 04Feb2021, when the patient was 60 years old, for COVID-19 Immunization. The following information was reported: HEADACHE (non-serious) with onset 2021, outcome "unknown", described as "she had a slight headache". Additional information: Vaccination facility type was reported as Pharmacy/drug store. Patient did not receive the vaccine at a facility. Patient has diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, and breathing issues. Patient called about the Pfizer Covid Vaccine. Stated that she has had all 3 doses. She had the booster on the 04Nov2021, last Thursday. The paper did not say this was one of the common side effects, so she wanted to know if it could still be a side effect of the vaccine. First dose, she had no side effects. Second dose, she had a slight headache for about a week. Patient received the second dose on 25Feb2021 may have received in left arm (as reported). The adverse events did not result in the emergency room or physician office visit. She got the flu shot 34 days before the third booster dose. No follow-up attempts are needed. No further information is expected.
