I continued to experienced chest pains and a stress test was done around the 02/22/2021. I went in again on 03/02/2021 for another test and then again on 03/08/2021 for acid reflex but the results came back negative. I was prescribed several medications for acid-reflux that did not work. I even tried changing my diet and still experience chest pains. My symptoms are still happening and none of the doctors can tell me why.

congestion; Fever; headache; weakness; arm pain; armpit pain; This is a spontaneous report from a contactable consumer (patient). A 45-year-old female non-pregnant patient received second dose of bnt162b2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 mRNA VACCINE, Lot Number: EN5918) via an unspecified route of administration in the Left arm (at the age of 45-year-old) On 18Feb2021 at 10:45 as a single dose for COVID-19 immunisation. The patient medical history included Hypoglycaemia. Prior to the vaccination, the patient was not diagnosed with COVID-19. Since the vaccination, the patient had not been tested for COVID-19. The patient concomitant medication included buspirone hydrochloride (BUSPAR), (sertraline hydrochloride) ZOLOFT, simvastatin (ZOCOR), amitriptyline, clonazepam (KLONOPIN). The patient did not receive any other vaccines within four weeks prior to the vaccination. The patient previously took Flonase and experienced allergies and also took historical vaccine, first dose of bnt162b2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 mRNA VACCINE) on 28Jan2021 at 13:45 in the left arm (at the age of 45-year-old) for COVID-19 immunisation. On 18Feb2021, at 17:00 the patient experienced Fever, headache, weakness, congestion, arm pain, armpit pain. The patient did not receive any treatment for the events. The outcome of the events was not recovered. Information about Lot/batch has been requested.

Feeling abnormal Lip swelling

The swelling seems to be worsening just to the point where I look unnatural.; I noticed my lips seemed extra full; The swelling seems to be worsening; This is a spontaneous report from a contactable consumer (patient). A 48-years-old non-pregnant female patient received second dose of BNT162b2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 VACCINE, solution for injection, Lot Number: EN5918), via an unspecified route on 10Feb2021 at 11:15 (at the age of 48-years) as dose 2, single in the left arm for covid-19 immunisation. The patient medical history included mild hypertension, arthritis from an unknown date and unknown if ongoing. The patient concomitant medications were not reported. The patient had no known allergies. The patient previously received first dose of BNT162b2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 VACCINE, solution for injection, Lot Number: EL8982), via an unspecified route on 20Jan2021 at 01:00 as dose 1, single in the left arm for covid-19 immunisation and received Juvederm in her cheeks and lips since Oct2020. The patient did not receive any other vaccines within four weeks prior to the vaccination. Prior to the vaccination, it was unknown the patient was not diagnosed with COVID-19. Since the vaccination, the patient had not been tested for COVID-19. On 17Feb2021 at 05:00, the patient experienced swelling seems to be worsening just to the point where she look unnatural. Patient stated that with the fact that she had facial fillers. She believe Juvederm. Have had it in her cheeks and lips since Oct2020. One week after her second dose, she noticed her lips seemed extra full. She did not think anything of it but then remembered that the person who did facial fillers mentioned there were some reported issues after vaccine. The swelling seems to be worsening just to the point where she look unnatural. She plan to contact her healthcare provider tomorrow to see about steroids or something else to hopefully remedy this situation.The patient did not receive treatment for events. The outcome of the events was unknown. Follow-up (13May2021): Follow-up attempts completed. No further information expected.
