A 46 year-old female patient (not pregnant) received bnt162b2 (BNT162B2), administration date 04Mar2021 (Lot number: EN6199) at the age of 46 years as dose 1, single for covid-19 immunisation. Relevant medical history included: "covid" (unspecified if ongoing). The patient's concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: GUILLAIN-BARRE SYNDROME (hospitalization, disability, medically significant) with onset 06Mar2021, outcome "not recovered", described as "GB syndrome Post Vaccine"; CEREBROVASCULAR ACCIDENT (hospitalization, disability, medically significant) with onset 09Nov2021, outcome "not recovered", described as "stroke symptoms"; HEMIPARESIS (hospitalization, disability, medically significant) with onset Nov2021, outcome "not recovered", described as "Left side numbness and weakness"; LIMB DISCOMFORT (hospitalization, disability), MUSCULAR WEAKNESS (hospitalization, disability) all with onset Nov2021, outcome "not recovered" and all described as "Legs feeling weak and heavy"; COVID-19 (hospitalization, disability), DRUG INEFFECTIVE (hospitalization, disability, medically significant), outcome "not recovered" and all described as "26Oct2020- covid test positive - no Covid symptoms -quarantined 2 weeks"; HYPOAESTHESIA (hospitalization, disability) with onset 04Mar2021, outcome "not recovered", described as "Finger Numbness/Numbness on L side of face and head/Left side numbness and weakness"; GAIT DISTURBANCE (hospitalization, disability) with onset Nov2021, outcome "not recovered", described as "difficulty ambulating". The patient was hospitalized for guillain-barre syndrome, cerebrovascular accident, hemiparesis, limb discomfort, covid-19, drug ineffective, hypoaesthesia, gait disturbance, muscular weakness (hospitalization duration: 6 day(s)). The events "gb syndrome post vaccine", "stroke symptoms", "left side numbness and weakness", "legs feeling weak and heavy", "26oct2020- covid test positive - no covid symptoms -quarantined 2 weeks", "26oct2020- covid test positive - no covid symptoms -quarantined 2 weeks", "finger numbness/numbness on l side of face and head/left side numbness and weakness", "difficulty ambulating" and "legs feeling weak and heavy" were evaluated at the physician office visit and emergency room visit. The patient underwent the following laboratory tests and procedures: sars-cov-2 test: (02Mar2021) negative; (26Oct2021) positive. Therapeutic measures were taken as a result of hemiparesis, limb discomfort, gait disturbance, muscular weakness. Symptomtext

Almost immediately after having the shot had feeling of tightness of the throat and some redness of the face. Refused an epipen shot but did take benadryl. Paramedics were called but did not go to the Emergency Room. At all times could breath, just a tightness of the throat. Continued to take benadryl until I fell asleep that night, still had tightness of throat until I went to sleep. Woke up with a slight sore throat and some pain at injection site.

On March 26th, 2021 was tested by an Allergist who confirmed that I am allergic to something in the Pfizer vaccine. Was recommended to not get a second dose of the Pfizer vaccine.

Headache Nausea

Symptomtext

Nausea continues since the day after (Now a week); Occasional stabbing pain on top of head; This is a spontaneous report from a contactable consumer (patient). A 69-year-old female patient received BNT162B2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 VACCINE, solution for injection; Batch/Lot number: EN699, Expiration Date: not reported), via an unspecified route of administration on an unspecified date in Mar2021 at 15:30 (reported as 03:30 PM) (at the age of 69 years old) as unknown, single for COVID-19 immunisation in a Pharmacy or Drug Store. Medical history included Small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO) and rash from some antibiotics from an unknown date. Prior to vaccine the patient was not diagnosed with COVID-19. The patient was not pregnant at the time of vaccination. The patient did not receive any other vaccines in 4 weeks. Concomitant medication included paracetamol (TYLENOL) taken for an unspecified indication, start and stop date were not reported. On 03Mar2021, the patient experienced nausea continues since the day after (Now a week, as reported) and occasional stabbing pain on top of head. No treatment was received for the adverse event. Since vaccination, the patient has not been tested for COVID-19. Outcome of all events was not recovered. No follow-up attempts are possible. No further information is expected.

Pruritus Pyrexia Rash Tonsillar hypertrophy Urticaria

Symptomtext

A severe case of welt-like rash on legs, thigh, torso, scalp, underside of arms. I?m taking Zyrtec, generic Benadryl, cortisone cream. The rash was a slow build. It started with scattered hives (which I had been getting prior to the shot) day 3-6 is when it worsened and they became giant rashes similar to the photos posted online related to Covid rash. None on my toes or fingers. They are predominately on my thighs, torso, arms, and scalp. Thy are hot, itchy, and stinging. Day 6 I also had a low grade fever (100.1) and swollen tonsils.

Mild hives started a month prior. Assumed it was hormonal related because it coincided with an increase of hot flashes. Also 2 weeks prior to the vaccine I had a cold that included a mild fever for less than 24 hours and sinus related issues. My hives accelerated during this time too but were small bumps. Nothing compared to this rash.

I have had a history of hives. Once about 4-6 years ago for a period of time. Mostly contact hives that appeared to be hormonal related. Also, once when I was a child.
