passed out; bad stomach ache; Tired; not normal; This is a spontaneous report from a contactable consumer (patient). A 59-year-old non-pregnant female patient received second dose of BNT162B2 (brand=Pfizer), lot no. EN60207, via an unspecified route of administration (left arm) on 19Mar2021 10:15 at a single dose for COVID-19 immunisation. The patient had no relevant medical history. She had no known allergies. No covid prior vaccination. Concomitant medications included levothyroxine, simvastatin, calcium, and multivimi (as reported). Historical vaccine included first dose of BNT162B2 (brand=Pfizer, lot no EN6203) on 26Feb2021 10:15 AM, left arm at age of 59 years. No other vaccine in four weeks. On 20Mar2021, the patient got up to go to bathroom at 4:00am Saturday and passed out. Bad stomach ache Saturday (20Mar2021), Sunday (21Mar2021). On Mar2021, tired and not normal til Thursday. No treatment for the events. No covid test post vaccination. The patient recovered from bad stomach ache on 21Mar2021 and from other events on Mar2021.

COVID-19 SARS-CoV-2 test Vaccination failure

COVID-19; COVID-19; This is a spontaneous report received from a contactable reporter(s) (Consumer or other non HCP). The reporter is the patient. A 44-year-old female patient (not pregnant) received BNT162b2 (BNT162B2), on 19Mar2021 as dose 1, single (Lot number: EN60207), in left arm and on 09Apr2021 as dose 2, single (Lot number: EN60207) at the age of 43 years, in left arm for covid-19 immunisation; coviD-19 vaccine mrna (mrna 1273) (MODERNA COVID-19 VACCINE), on 27Dec2021 as dose 3, (booster), single (Lot number: Moderna/030H21B), in left arm for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history included: "Known allergies: Just nature" (unspecified if ongoing), notes: Known allergies: Just nature. Concomitant medication(s) included: ZYRTEC R. The following information was reported: VACCINATION FAILURE (medically significant), COVID-19 (medically significant) all with onset 25Jul2022, outcome "not recovered" and all described as "COVID-19". The patient underwent the following laboratory tests and procedures: SARS-CoV-2 test: (25Jul2022) Positive; (03Aug2022) Negative; (05Aug2022) Positive. Therapeutic measures were taken as a result of vaccination failure, covid-19. Clinical course: The patient had received other medication in 2 weeks. The patient had tested positive on 25Jul2022- took Paxlovid by 2pm for COVID 19 Treatment. Finished treatment on 29Jul2022. Tested negative on 03Aug2022. Symptoms resumed and tested positive on 05Aug2022. Follow-up attempts are completed. No further information is expected.

Symptomtext

Felt weird 5 minutes after shot. 10 minutes after shot I called over a tech and said I didn't feel right. The took my vitals and found the my blood pressure had dropped to 85/45. They called 911 and hit me with an EpiPen. I never blacked out. After another 10 minutes the fire department arrived and they took vital signs; all normal. Another 10 minutes and ambulance arrived. Vitals in the back of the ambulance were fine. Got to the emergency room and vitals were fine including ekg. Was released from the hospital about 4.5 hours after the initial shot. I feel a little sluggish today but otherwise fine.
