Retinal Blood clot in right eye; This is a spontaneous report from a contactable consumer. A 72-year-old male patient received BNT162B2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 VACCINE, solution for injection), dose 1 via an unspecified route of administration, administered on right arm on 18Mar2021 11:30 (Batch/Lot Number: EN6024) at single dose (at the age of 72 years old) for COVID-19 immunisation. Medical history included known allergies: Penicillin, afib, stroke and covid-19 before vaccination. The patient experienced retinal blood clot in right eye on 20Mar2021. Therapeutic measures were taken as a result of retinal blood clot in right eye (thrombosis). The outcome of the event was not recovered.

Headache Migraine Pain in extremity

Symptomtext

Day 1 felt like my arm was in extreme pain, resolved a little over 24 hours. Day 2 I woke feeling like someone attacked the left back of my head with a hammer. It's now day 4 and my head still feels like a watermelon, about to explode. Tried migraine meds no help, heat send to be the only partial relief available.

03/25/2021 That evening I had injection site discomfort. I also had aching muscles and exhaustion. It lasted for about 2-3 days after the shot. I continued having exhaustion for several weeks.

11 days after vaccination (20Mar2021) red rash from neck through trunk of body with continued itchiness; Steroid cream helping with the bumps; Feeling a little weaker than normal; 9 days after vaccination (18Mar2021) severe itchiness from neck through trunk of body.; This is a spontaneous report from a contactable consumer (patient). A 49-year-old non-pregnant female patient received first dose bnt162b2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 VACCINE, Solution for injection, Batch/Lot Number: EN6024) via an unspecified route of administration, administered in Arm Left on 09Mar2021 13:00 (at the age of 49 years) as single dose for COVID-19 immunization at Workplace clinic. Medical history included High blood pressure, Known allergies: Slight sensitivity to latex and peanuts. Concomitant medications included Lisinopril, Hctz. patient did not receive any other vaccines within 4 weeks prior to the COVID vaccine. Patient did not have covid Prior to vaccination and no covid tested post vaccination. The patient has visited Emergency room/department or urgent care and Doctor or other healthcare professional office/clinic visit. On 18Mar2021 08:00 the patient experienced feeling a little weaker than normal, 9 days after vaccination (18Mar2021) severe itchiness from neck through trunk of body, 11 days after vaccination (20Mar2021) red rash from neck through trunk of body with continued itchiness and Steroid cream helping with the bumps. It was reported that 9 days after vaccination (18Mar2021) severe itchiness from neck through trunk of body. 11 days after vaccination (20Mar2021) red rash from neck through trunk of body with continued itchiness. Went to urgent care (22Mar2021) and they advised unsure if side effects as vaccine is too new. Gave steroid cream and recommended see dermatologist. Saw dermatologist 23Mar2021 and advised same thing but urged me to report. Steroid cream helping with the bumps but not the redness and itchiness. Would really like guidance from an expert who may have seen this before. Don't want it to be something like that goes undiagnosed. Feeling a little weaker than normal and will not feel comfortable getting the 2nd dose as too much was unknown. The patient received treatment for steroid cream. The outcome of the events was not recovered. No follow-up attempts are needed. No further information is expected.

A 75-year-old female patient received second dose of bnt162b2 (Pfizer COVID 19 vaccine, solution for injection, Lot number: EN6024), via an unspecified route in the right arm on 21Mar2021 at 09:15 (age at vaccination: 75-year-old), as a single dose for covid-19 immunization. Medical history included Graves disease and allergies to Penicillian. The patient concomitant medications were not reported. Historical vaccine included first dose of bnt162b2 (Pfizer COVID 19 vaccine, solution for injection, Lot number: EL3302), via an unspecified route in the right arm on 28Feb2021 at 16:30 (age at vaccination: 75-year-old), as a single dose for covid-19 immunization and experienced left side neck and shoulder pain, back and inner left arm muscle pain after the first dose. Patient did not receive any other vaccines within 4 weeks prior to the COVID vaccine. Prior to vaccination, patient was not diagnosed with COVID-19. Since the vaccination, patient has not been tested for COVID-19. On an unknown date, patient experienced right arm slight swelling and pain in the arm, neck and shoulder pain returning. Patient did not receive any treatment for the events. The clinical outcome of the events was not recovered. No follow-up attempts are possible. No further information is expected.

A 56-years-old male patient received bnt162b2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 mRNA VACCINE, Solution for injection, Lot Number: EN6024), via an unspecified route of administration on 07Mar2021 at 11:00 (at the age of 56-years-old) as 1st dose, single for COVID-19 immunization. Medical history included heart disorder. The patient had no known allergies. Concomitant medications included clopidogrel bisulfate (PLAVIX), rosuvastatin calcium (CRESTOR) and vitamins nos (VITAMINS NOS). The patient did not receive other vaccine in four weeks. The patient was not diagnosed with COVID-19 prior vaccination. The patient had not been tested for COVID-19 post vaccination. On 07Mar2021 at 11:00, the patient experienced itching sensation all over body and was treated with Benadryl pill. The outcome of the event was not recovered. No follow-up attempts are possible. Symptomtext

Injection site pain & modest swelling - started immediately, continued but improving on day 2, no treatment. Tiredness - started same day, continued on day 2, no treatment other than napping. Chills & Elevated Temperature of 100.2 starting at 6 PM on day 2, along with generally "feeling unwell," at this time no treatment. (Side effects are mild, but I wanted to record them.)
