The patient received her first dose on 3-12-21. She received a call later that week from the clinic she got the vaccine at, and she was informed that the temperature was not right and that she received a batch that was bad. She was asked to return to have the first dose repeated on 3-19-21. After she got the dose on 3-19-21 she had terrible symptoms and side effects including but not limited to extreme fatigue, whole body pain, rash, chest pain, shortness of breath. In the months to follow, she continued to have all of these symptoms and started to rapidly gain weight as well. Her chest pain and shortness of breath got so severe that she was referred to a cardiologist and had a full work up including troponin, ECHO, coronary calcium score and ECG. All of which were within in normal limits. She went to see her old PCP on 2 occasions and had a full panel of labs drawn each time, all of which returned normal. When she came to see me, she still was experiencing shortness of breath, neck pressure and chest pressure. CXR and CT of her chest were done and were normal. Another full panel of labs were done and normal. Also in the time frame after her covid vaccine on 3-19-21, she started breaking out in rashes intermittently. She needed to follow up with the dermatologist, who was unable to help her resolve the rash. It would wax and wane on its own. Since that dose of covid vaccine March 19th, she has not been the same. All of her symptoms started after that injection. There is not other triggering event. She still suffers from chronic fatigue, weight gain, chest pain, shortness of breath and breaks out in rashes. Multiple specialists as well as primary care are still yet to determine the cause of her symptoms. The only precipitating event was that dose of the vaccine.

I have a knot under my arm on the side I got the vaccine; weird; diarrhea; he got a lump under his arm pit; had a scratchy throat afterwards; I was a little tired/tiredness; This is a spontaneous report from a contactable consumer. A 20-year-old male patient (Patient) received first dose of BNT162B2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 mRNA VACCINE, Formulation: Solution for injection, Lot number: EN6025), via an unspecified route of administration, administered in Arm Left on 21Mar2021 11:40 (at the age of 20-year-old) as dose 1, single for COVID-19 immunization. Medical history included scoliosis surgery from an unknown date. The patient's concomitant medications were not reported. On 21Mar2021, the patient experienced he was a little tired/tiredness, on 22Mar2021, the patient had had a scratchy throat afterwards, on 23Mar2021, the patient experienced he got a lump under his arm pit and on 24Mar2021, the patient had diarrhea. The patient also had a knot under my arm on the side, he got the vaccine and weird on an unspecified date. The caller stated that, he got his first dose Sunday and yesterday he got a lump under his arm pit and he read all that and it seems like it is pretty normal. He got a scratchy throat and then he got the runs today he thought that was a little bit weird to be 4 days out and he has had 4 trips to the bathroom. He confirms the the first dose was given on Sunday 21Mar2021. The scratchy throat started the day after the vaccine, he confirms Monday the 22Mar. He says it is not bad, it is just like an irritation. The patient was a little bit tired but from what he hears that is normal. The diarrhea started today, 24Mar, that is ongoing and about the same, it is persistent and tiredness that was the day of the vaccine, sunday. It is not overbearing. He just feels blah. The outcome of the events he was a little tired/tiredness, I have a knot under my arm on the side I got the vaccine and weird was unknown, for events had a scratchy throat afterwards, he got a lump under his arm pit and diarrhea was not recovered. No follow-up attempts are possible. No further information is expected.

First dose, I only had a sore arm, second dose, I had fever beginning ~12 hours after injection and lasting until ~36 hours after. The subsequent illness I reported in V-safe seems unrelated to my vaccination. I experienced fever (up to 102 degrees) and general malaise for three successive nights starting on June 4th, 2021 (2+ months after second dose). The fever only came at night and broke in the early morning each night. I had two COVID screenings on June 7th, both came back negative. The final fever occurred the night of June 6th. I continued experiencing malaise and general weakness and had some bloodwork done. My bloodwork came back indicating Fe deficiency anemia, and I have been experiencing this condition since. The cause is suspected to be due to overuse of NSAIDs in dealing with a bulging disc in my cervical spine from early March onward. I am scheduled for endoscopy to further investigate whether I am having bleeding issues causing the anemia. as previously mentioned, seems unrelated to vaccination.

fatigue; Throat tightness; sore throat; Rash; This is a spontaneous report from a contactable consumer. A 25-years-old female patient received bnt162b2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 VACCINE), via an unspecified route of administration, administered in arm right on 06Mar2021 14:30 (Lot Number: EN6025) as single dose for covid-19 immunisation. Medical history included known allergies: Penicillin. No other vaccine received in four weeks. Concomitant medication included diphenhydramine hydrochloride (BENADRYL), took the week prior to receiving the vaccine. The patient previously took amoxicillin and experienced rash (Amoxicillin tablets. Had allergic reaction when taken 5-7 years ago and did experience similar skin rash, this is the only other reaction in lifetime). The patient experienced sore throat, throat tightness and rash, all on 06Mar2021 14:30. Clinical course: After receiving COVID 19 Vaccine, within one to two minutes of vaccine very strong sore throat and tightening of the throat. Was taken to emergency room by the ambulance that was at the testing center. At that time the ambulance at testing center recommended taking two Benadryl's, which started to work and sore throat and tightness completely went away about 15 minutes after that and then started to come back at time of riding in ambulance to the ER. While being written up and vitals checked, the rash (blotchy) developed to which she was given a Solumedrol steroid shot to fix the rash which amazingly cleared up rash and it ended up back to white. Had amazing clear photos of rash and it being red and sloshes starting to appear. After caller left ER and went home and had couple of follow up prescriptions of Pepcid and Atarax to help combat rash for two days. Now she was taking Allegra still for adverse events. Reporter mentioned sore throat was on and off but it had improved and still had a little bit of a rash. Caller had a little bit of tightness and it had improved if she exerted herself a lot the tightness got worse she wsn't referring to a big exertion but provided example like if she is going to the grocery store. The rash was severely reduced but was apparent. Caller also mentioned she had pretty severe fatigue after receiving vaccine unsure if this was because of the vaccine or an allergic reaction to some medication in her. She missed work on Monday and part time on Tuesday due to having to take breaks and naps during the day. Caller went into work but she did not feel up to working a full day in the office and was working remotely from home right now. The patient had allergic reaction to amoxicillin tablets when taken 5-7 years ago and did experience similar skin rash, this is the only other reaction in lifetime. Caller stated she knew how important it is to report not sure if there is an association between Amoxicillin and COVID ingredients. May have another allergy that was contributing but Amoxicillin was only other known allergy. Caller was asking for the next steps since she still has not fully recovered her throat, she is still feeling sore and tighter than normal and her skin was still redder than normal. When she had the rash it was red blotchy and warm to the touch it was no longer warm to the touch. Outcome of the events sore throat, throat tightness and rash was recovering, of event fatigue was unknown.

About 30 minutes after the injection I had a burning sensation in the back of my throat and slight congestion and wheezing that lasted about 3-4 hours but subsided after taking an antihistamine. No other symptoms or problems other that soreness at injection site the next morning.

A 52-year-old female patient received the first dose of BNT162B2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 VACCINE, solution for injection, lot number EN6205) via an unspecified route of administration administered in arm left on 18Mar2021 14:45 as dose 1, single for covid-19 immunization at the age of 51-years-old. Medical history included asthma, neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF1), allergies: MRI contrast dye and, menopause (last period Jan2019). Concomitant medications included colecalciferol (VITAMIN D); fish oil; cetirizine hydrochloride (ZYRTEC) and; multivitamins - all taken for unspecified indications, start and stop dates were not reported. The patient was not pregnant at the time of event and at the time of vaccination. The patient did not receive any other vaccines within 4 weeks prior to the covid vaccine. Prior to vaccination, the patient was not diagnosed with covid-19. The patient was in menopause (last period Jan2019), period started again on 06Apr2021 10:00 AM. Treatment was not received for the event. The outcome of the event was unknown. Since the vaccination, the patient has not been tested for COVID-19.

It has been several weeks now. It is on my shoulder in two different places and it is kind of like three or four of them at one location. The outcome of the event was not recovered.
