Symptomtext

3/23: upset stomach; diarrhea. 3/24: severe vomiting and diarrhea. so severe that transported to ER; provided fluids and anti nausea meds and discharged. DX--Viral Gastroenteritis; hyperglycemia. Later that evening experienced seizure and fell out of bed unconscious; suffered shoulder fracture. Transported to ER again, experienced 2nd seizure en route, and hospitalized/intubated in ICU.
