Anxiety Dyspnoea Throat tightness

Symptomtext

Client received 2nd dose Pfizer vaccine at Center. 4 hours later at approximately 1:20, client was shopping at store and started experiencing difficulty breathing, "throat closing." Client went to pharmacy with symptoms. pharmacist administered Benadryl at 1:22 pm and Epi-Pen at 1:23 pm. Ambulance called. Client stated she started feeling better after medication administered. Client declined going to ER via ambulance. Called client 3/16/21 and client reports she thinks she was having anxiety.
