Pfizer-BioNTech COVID- 19 Vaccine EUA: During the post-observation period, vaccine recipient reported that they were feeling funny. She stated that she was fine and didnt need to be checked. EMS wanted to be sure and took her to a private area to place her on an EKG monitor. She was experiencing supraventricular tachycardia with heart rates in 170s. EMS placed an IV and administered IV fluids, adenosine 6 mg, and diltiazem 20 mg. Her heart rate went to the 140s and was transported to the emergency department.

intense eye pain in both eyes; This is a spontaneous report received from a contactable reporter(s) (Consumer or other non HCP). The reporter is the patient. A 47 year-old female patient (not pregnant) received bnt162b2 (BNT162B2), administered in arm left, administration date 17Mar2021 13:00 (Lot number: EN608) at the age of 47 years as dose 1, single for covid-19 immunisation. Relevant medical history included: "thyroid cancer", start date: 2008 (unspecified if ongoing); "full thoracotomy", start date: 2008 (unspecified if ongoing). Concomitant medication(s) included: CALCIUM/VITAMIN D [CALCIUM CARBONATE;ERGOCALCIFEROL]; SYNTHROID. The following information was reported: EYE PAIN (non-serious) with onset 22Mar2021 04:30, outcome "not recovered", described as "intense eye pain in both eyes". The event "intense eye pain in both eyes" was evaluated at the physician office visit. Therapeutic measures were not taken as a result of eye pain. Additional information: The patient has no known allergies. The patient did not receive any other vaccine within 4 weeks prior to COVID-19 vaccine. Prior to vaccination, the patient was not been diagnosed with COVID-19 and since the vaccination, the patient has not been tested for COVID-19. No follow-up attempts are possible. No further information is expected.

Headache Pain

Symptomtext

Headache and body aches since Wednesday; Headache and body aches since Wednesday; This is a spontaneous report from a contactable consumer (patient). This 52-year-old female patient received dose 1 of BNT162B2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 MRNA VACCINE; lot number EN608) via an unspecified route of administration on 10Mar2021 at 10:30 (at the age of 52-years-old) as a single dose in the right arm for COVID-19 immunization. Medical history included attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and seasonal hay fever. The patient was not pregnant at the time of vaccination. The patient did not receive any other vaccines within 4 weeks prior to the vaccine. The patient was not diagnosed with COVID-19 prior to vaccination. Concomitant medications included dextroamphetamine sulfate, trazodone, and spironolactone from unspecified dates for unspecified indications. The patient previously received penicillin, amoxicillin, sulfa, ciprofloxacine (CIPRO), and oxycodone hydrochloride, paracetamol (PERCOCET) from unknown dates for unknown indications and experienced allergy. The patient also had allergies to dust mites and hazelnuts. On 10Mar2021 at 12:00 the patient experienced headache and body aches since Wednesday (10Mar2021). The events were reported as non-serious. The patient was not hospitalized for the events. The patient received treatment with acetaminophen, ibuprofen (ADVIL), and naproxen. The outcomes of headache and body aches were not recovered. It was also reported that since the vaccination, the patient had not been tested for COVID-19. The lot number for the vaccine, BNT162B2, was not provided and will be requested during follow-up.

Reported she felt like something was stuck in her throat after the second vaccine was administered 4/13/21 Narrative: Pt reported she developed hives after receiving the first dose of the Pfizer COVID vaccine. Took OTC BENADRYL; unsure for how long she had to take this medication. Reported she felt her symptoms were moderate in nature.
