died/cancer; collapsed on the floor; eyes rolled back; stopped breathing for a very short.; This is a spontaneous report from a contactable consumer. A 70-years-old non-pregnant female patient received second dose of BNT162B2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 MRNA VACCINE, Solution for injection, Lot Number: en6100, expiry date not reported), via an unspecified route of administration, administered in right arm Right on 06Mar2021 11:00 at a single dose for covid-19 immunization.Medical history included stage 4 esophagis cancer and mushroom allergies (known allergies to mushrooms). The patient had no covid prior vaccination; not diagnosed with COVID-19. The patient had other medications (unspecified) that the patient received within 2 weeks of vaccination. The most COVID-19 vaccine was administered in hospital. The patient did not receive any other vaccines within 4 weeks prior to the COVID vaccine. The patient previously received first dose of bnt162b2 (lot number: el9267) for covid-19 immunisation in the right arm on 13Feb2021. The patient was not tested for covid post vaccination. Since the vaccination, the patient has not been tested for COVID-19. On the afternoon of 06Mar2021 (16:00), patient collapsed on the floor, eyes rolled back, stopped breathing for a very short. The patient was revived and carried to bed. She died at 4 am on the 13Mar2021. She told the reporter she did not want to go to the hospital and she said she wanted to die at home. The reporter stated that the cause of death was cancer since an unknown date. The events were reported as serious resulting in death. No treatment received for the adverse events reported. The patient died on 13Mar2021. The causes of death were cancer, collapsed on the floor, eyes rolled back, and stopped breathing for a very short. brain fog; vicious chills; Really Hot; This is a spontaneous report from a contactable consumer (patient). A 68-year-old male patient received the second dose of BNT162B2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 VACCINE, lot number: EN6100 and expiration date not provided), via an unspecified route of administration, in arm right, on 19Feb2021 (at the age of 68-year-old), at single dose, for COVID-19 immunization. Medical history included ongoing asthma, brain injury, concussions (patient stated he had three. The most severe was three years ago. Patient stated he was knocked completely unconscious and was unconscious for a while), pneumonia from 1980 to 1983. Patient got pneumonia back in the 1980s, around 1983; and after that he had asthma. Patient was having issues seeing things as he went to the eye doctor today and they dilated his pupils. Concomitant medications were not reported. Patient previously took first dose of BNT162B2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 VACCINE, lot number: EN5318 and expiration date not provided), via an unspecified route of administration, in arm right, on 29Jan2021 16:00 (at the age of 68-year-old), at single dose, for COVID-19 immunization; and experienced brain fog and tired. The patient experienced brain fog, vicious chills, and really hot. Patient stated that he also had 1-2 instances of vicious chills and 1-2 instances of being hot. Patient said the hot and chills definitely happened after the second vaccine. Patient stated it happened somewhere in the 7-10 days after the vaccine and then was gone. Patient had brain fog after first dose vaccine. It never went away completely. After the second injection the brain fog returned stronger again. Patient stated that if he was to rank his brain fog on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being not able to function; at it's worst he would rate it as a 6. Patient said he could function but would be working and be in the middle of an email and typing and would get lost in the middle of a sentence. Patient said it had improved; as of now he would rate it as a 3-4 on the same scale. No additional vaccines administered on same date of the Pfizer suspect. The outcome of the event "brain fog" was recovering; of events "vicious chills", "really hot", was recovered on unknown date. No follow-up attempts are possible. No further information is expected.
