Chills Dyspepsia Dysphagia Feeling cold Headache Oropharyngeal pain Paraesthesia

Symptomtext

Approximately 25 minutes after injection, patient reported a scratchy throat, headache, bilateral arm tingling, cold sensation, difficulty swallowing. MD at chairside, given Benadryl and Tylenol orally. Patient continued to have cold sensation, chilling and difficulty swallowing without water. MD ordered an additional dose of oral Benadryl. After approximately 2-3 hours of observation, patient was discharged home with spouse in no apparent distress.

Fatigue Headache SARS-CoV-2 test Vaccination site reaction

Symptomtext

a little bit of headache; a little bit of tiredness; got reaction too on vaccination site; This is a spontaneous report from a contactable nurse (patient). A 64-year-old female patient received BNT162B2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 mRNA VACCINE, Solution for injection), intramuscularly, administered in left arm, on 08Mar2021 (Batch/Lot Number: EN6128; Expiration Date: 30Jun2021) (at the age of 64 years old) as dose 1, single for COVID-19 immunisation. Medical history included reactive high blood pressure; hormone replacement therapy use. Concomitant medication included estradiol taken as hormone replacement therapy. The patient experienced a little bit of headache, a little bit of tiredness, and got a reaction too on vaccination site on an unspecified date in Mar2021. The patient underwent lab tests and procedures on an unspecified date which included a negative COVID test. The patient reported that she has had 12 COVID test and none of them were positive, from Mar2020 until the time of the report, May2021. The patient reported to received azelastine nasal spray and paracetamol (TYLENOL) as treatment for the events. The patient has recovered from the events on an unspecified date in 2021. No follow-up attempts are possible. No further information is expected.

Flushing Headache

Symptomtext

A few minutes after receiving the vaccination, the patient complained of headache and flushing. Patient given Tylenol. Patient assessed by MD at chairside, after approximately 45 minutes, patient feeling better, headache subsiding. Discharged to home with spouse. Vitals stable.

COVID-19 Cough SARS-CoV-2 test positive

Symptomtext

She is noted to have a nonproductive cough. Temperature is 99.1. O2 sat 93% on room air. Nasopharyngeal swab showed Covid?19. She was negative on 12/30. She has been vaccinated and been given a booster prior to admission. Possibility of monoclonal antibody treatment was considered, however given the omicron variant being most likely, this was deferred to infectious disease who recommended 3 days of remdesivir.

Symptomtext

After patient completed 15 minute waiting period post vaccination, she had almost left the clinic and noted that her nose was "running". She proceeded to have a gushing nosebleed that lasted approximately 1 hour. When we noted that the bleeding was continuing, we called her grandson to pick her up and take her to the ER. Called the ER at 6:15 pm and pt still there being evaluated.
