Arthralgia Joint swelling X-ray

Symptomtext

Reaction was either in my lymph nodes or bursa's that became inflamed in left elbow and left knee. To date (6-10-21) the elbow has gotten better, but, the knee has still remained swollen and painful. 4-20-21 Dr., Rheumatologist, removed fluid off left knee and gave me a cortisone shot. First shot was given at fairgrounds. Second shot was scheduled for 4-2-21 but, deferred due to allergic reaction to first shot. this has been indicated on my vaccine card. Please let me know if I need to provide any additional information. Thank you

After my first shot and reaction I waited a couple days to see if the pain and swelling would go down and then contacted my doctor and we had a phone consultation, then, a couple days later I scheduled an office visit. She referred me to the Rheumatologist. X-rays were taken of both the elbow and knee. These are in my profile.

Symptomtext

Vomiting/vomiting from almost a month now; can't stand up/not even stand up; Diarrhea; Weakness, not even stand up; don't need to be feeling like this; Pain; Lost my sense smell; This is a spontaneous report from a non-contactable consumer (patient). A 77-year-old patient of an unspecified gender received bnt162b2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 VACCINE, Solution for injection), dose 1 via an unspecified route of administration on 12Mar2021 (Lot Number: EN6148; Expiration Date: Dec2021) as single dose, dose 2 via an unspecified route of administration on 02Apr2021 (Lot Number: EP7534; Expiration Date: Jul2021) as single dose for COVID-19 immunisation. The patient's medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. When probed for the concern, consumer stated, "I got sick after the shot, I am reporting side effects.". When paraphrased the concern with Covid vaccine, consumer stated, "Yes on both of them, I got two (shots), first one on (12Mar2021) and second one (02Apr2021) and I got sick from both of them.". In response, consumer stated, "I got problem from both of them, vomiting, diarrhea, weakness not even stand up. I am 77 years old, I don't need to be feeling like this from these shot, I was fine before I got." When probed for vaccine expiration date, consumer stated, "The first one EN6148 was "Dec21" (not clarified) and the second one just got the expiration date "7/21" (not clarified the date), but I am going to ask a question when they gave me the shot, the shot was lying on the table and an hour after a gap they gave us the shot, was that still good at that time, an hour after out of the ice?" When probed for height and weight, consumer stated, "It has nothing to do with my height and nothing do with my weight. This shot has almost killed (intent: general) me." Consumer stated, "I got sick after this, I have been vomiting from almost a month now, I can't stand up, paining, with time I lost my "pace" (not clarified), I lost my sense smell every time, it's started with me like COVID, based the symptoms I am having it seems like that I am having COVID." The outcome of the events was unknown. No follow-up attempts are needed. No further information is expected.

After the second vaccination on April 3, 2021, I started having a low-grade fever on Tuesday, April 6. The fever was oscillating between 97 and 99.8?. On April 10 the fever got worse and went as high as 101.8?, and I started to develop a cough. I called my local general practitioner for advice on Monday, April 12. Should recommended A Covid test. Over the course of the week I continue to have symptoms of fever oscillating between high and low temperatures (chills and fever) and an increasing development of the cough. Over the course of the illness mornings seem to be better and the temperature with spike in the afternoon. Sleeping was difficult because of the persistent cough. It is currently April 19, 2021 and I still have the persistent cough and intermittent low-grade fever. I had an appointment with my my doctor Dr., she indicated that although the duration is longer than a normal lease see that this would appear to be an adverse effect two of the Covid vaccination. She requested that I report the symptoms that I was having.

My doctor prescribed the Covid quick test and a flu test, both came back negative. My doctor then prescribed the Covid PCR test, a chest x-ray, and blood test. The PCR Covid test came back negative The chest x-ray showed no issues with potential pneumonia (I?ve had pneumonia in the past and it?s always a concern) The blood tests showed a kidney issue open parentheses I am drinking a large amount of water all day and night) And the blood test showed that my potassium level was low (My doctor increased the level of potassium intake to increase the levels) The volume of tendinitis in my ears has increased substantially over the past days.

thrombocytopenia; Heavy blood in the stool; This is a spontaneous report from a contactable consumer (patient). A 61-year-old female patient received second dose of BNT162B2 (Lot Number: EN6148), via an unspecified route of administration in arm left on 21Mar2021 as single dose for COVID-19 immunisation. Medical history was none. No known allergies. The pateint was not pregnant. The patient's concomitant medications were not reported. The patient previously received first dose of BNT162B2 on 28Feb2021 for COVID-19 immunisation. No other vaccine in four weeks. No ther medications in two weeks. The patient experienced Heavy blood in the stool, thrombocytopenia on 07Apr2021. The events resulted in doctor or other healthcare professional office/clinic visit, emergency room/department or urgent care, disability or permanent damage. No treatment received. No covid prior vaccination. No covid tested post vaccination. No covid tested post vaccination. The outcome of events was not recovered.
