All allergy reaction a vitiligo related to covid shot. Which spread body both legs, both arms, lips face, cheeks, both hands and fingers. He is mentally physically affected. Seen by medical doctor.

Symptomtext

patient came in for "second shot" had a letter telling him to come in, patient marked it was for his shingles shot but it wasn't ever conveyed to staff fully. Was entered into system for a covid shot as that is the current pressing thing going on. Spoke with patient and asked if he had his card to fill out for his second covid vaccine but apparently the patient didn't hear. After giving the vaccine patient mentioned he was not here for covid vaccine but was here for shingles vaccine, checked with patient several times over the next few days, no adverse response.
