Nausea; Vomiting; muscle pain in front chest and shoulders; chills; tiredness; This is a spontaneous report from a contactable consumer (patient). A 68-years-old male patient received BNT162B2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 VACCINE, Solution for injection, Lot Number: EN6206), via an unspecified route of administration, administered in arm left on 08Mar2021 09:00 as single dose for COVID-19 immunization. It was reported as no medical history and allergies. Concomitant medications were not reported. No other vaccine in four weeks and no other medications in two weeks. Patient did not COVID prior vaccination. On 08Mar2021 17:15, the patient experienced Nausea, Vomiting, Muscle Pain in front chest and shoulders, chills, and tiredness. Patient did not COVID tested post vaccination. The outcome of the events was recovered on 08Mar2021 22:50. No follow-up attempts are possible. No further information is expected.
