Chills Injection site pain Lymphadenopathy Myalgia

Symptomtext

Injection site pain; tiredness; muscle pain; chills; swollen lymph nodes. Symptoms started three hours after injection and lasted a day and a half, except swollen lymph nodes and injection site pain that lasted a couple of days longer. Patient took acetaminophen and symptoms resolved without further treatment.
