Dizziness diagnosed as vertigo, meds prescribed. Thursday following admitted to ER for feeling upside down. Dehydrated & vertigo. Spent day in ER on IV. Hospital offered to keep me overnight. I declined. Have not experienced same since.

About two weeks after getting the third dose of my vaccine I was having a Capsule Endoscopy procedure. When I took the Preparation for the procedure I got really sick. I started to feel very shaky and I had a headache. When I went to the procedure the next day my blood pressure was extremely high. It was 200/112, I still had the procedure. I never had a problem with high blood pressure. I still had the procedure but I visited my doctor the next day. I had to return several times to have my blood pressure monitored. It has remained a little high and my doctor has suggested some medication. I was prescribed a low dose Amlodipine. It has been three weeks since the event.

Symptomtext

I had random episodes of my heart racing beginning the evening of the second dose of the Pfizer Vaccine. It felt like my heart was taking off without me, something I've never had before. They occurred randomly throughout the week after the shot with the last couple happening on Friday, March 19. I did not go to the hospital as they would stop and not happen for another five or six hours. I am concerned about taking a booster dose and have advised my physician of my concerns.

High blood pressure kept under control with lisinopril. Glaucoma After my second dose of the Pfizer vaccine, I experienced a racing heart, randomly throughout the week. Felt like my heart was taking off without me, something I've never had before. The last occurrence was Friday, March 19th. I have concerns about getting a booster.

March 1 first injection. March 3rd I had an emergency surgery for a knee injury that occurred on March 1, slept most of the day and the entire night without my CPAP. The day after surgery I started experiencing intermittent palpations for several days before subsiding. March 26 had second injection. 2 1/2 hours after injection started experiencing palpations intermittently throughout the weekend and on the Monday morning became lightheaded and dizzy with an increased heart rate (114) and bursts of rapid palpations, & LLE edema. Unsure if the edema was related to the vaccine or the knee surgery. No lower extremity edema was present 2 days post-op. Sent to ER

very tired; This is a spontaneous report received from contactable reporter(s) (Consumer or other non HCP). The reporter is the patient. A 86 year-old female patient received bnt162b2 (BNT162B2), administered in arm left, administration date 23Feb2021 (Lot number: EN620) at the age of 86 years as dose 2, single for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. Vaccination history included: Bnt162b2 (Dose 1, Batch/Lot number: EL9262, Site and route of Injection: Left arm), administration date: 01Feb2021, when the patient was 85 years old, for covid-19 immunisation, reaction(s): "had no reaction at all not even a sore arm". The following information was reported: FATIGUE (non-serious) with onset 25Feb2021, outcome "unknown", described as "very tired". Additional information: It was reported that the second shot was uneventful. The 2nd day after the shot, in the late afternoon, the patient felt very tired and not sure if it had anything to do with the shot. The patient has had no problem since then. No follow-up attempts are possible. No further information is expected.

Dizzy; diarrhea; nausea; fever; tired; This is a spontaneous report from a contactable consumer, the patient. A 62-year-old male patient received the first dose of BNT162b2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 mRNA VACCINE; Lot number: EN620), via an unspecified route of administration in the left arm on 23Mar2021 at 09:45 (at the age of 62-years-old), as a single dose for COVID-19 immunisation. The patient had no medical history. The patient did not have any allergies to medications, food, or other products. Concomitant medication included cetirizine hydrochloride (ZYRTEC) for an unspecified indication from unknown date. The patient did not receive any other vaccines within 4 weeks prior to the COVID-19 vaccine. Prior to vaccination, the patient was not diagnosed with COVID-19. Since the vaccination, the patient had not been tested for COVID-19. On 24Mar2021, the patient experienced dizzy, diarrhea, nausea, fever and tired. The events did not result in a visit to the doctors or other healthcare professional office/clinic visit, and emergency room/department or urgent care. The patient did not receive any treatment for the reported events. The clinical outcome of the dizzy, diarrhea, nausea, fever and tired was recovering at the time of report. No follow-up attempts are needed. No further information expected.
