Anosmia COVID-19 Chills Cough Exposure to SARS-CoV-2 Fatigue Pyrexia SARS-CoV-2 test positive

9/17/2021 Fever (100.9 - 101.5) chills, dry cough and fatigue. I also lost my sense of smell for about a week. I was seen at Urgent care and had a Covid test performed on 9/20/2021 - results were positive for COVID-19. I contacted my MD the same day via telehealth visit and was scheduled to receive the monoclonal antibody. My symptoms continued for a total of 7 days from onset. I received the monoclonal antibody at Hospital ER on 9/23/2021. My symptoms resolved within 24 hours of receiving the AB. (NOTE: My husband was diagnosed 2 weeks prior with Covid-19. He too had both Pfizer vaccines and the booster and had breakthrough covid). His only symptom was loss of smell.

Symptomtext

Left arm swollen inner elbow area, not at vaccination site; This is a spontaneous report from a contactable consumer (patient). A 65-year-old non pregnant female patient received bnt162b2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 VACCINE; solution for injection, lot number: EN6261, expiration date was not reported) via an unspecified route of administration, in left arm, on 07Mar2021 11:15 (at the age of 65-years-old), at dose 2, single for covid-19 immunization. Medical history included fibromyalgia, hypothyroid, asthma, hypertension, and high cholesterol. The patient had known allergies to Prevacid and mangoes. The patient had taken other medications in two weeks (unspecified). Historical vaccine included bnt162b2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 VACCINE; solution for injection, lot number: EL9269, expiration date was not reported) via an unspecified route of administration, in left arm, on 14Feb2021 11:15 (at the age of 65-years-old), at dose 1, single for covid-19 immunization. Prior to vaccination the patient was not diagnosed with COVID-19. The patient did not receive any other vaccines within 4 weeks prior to the covid-19 vaccine. The patient has not been tested with covid-19 after the vaccination. The patient experienced left arm swollen inner elbow area, not at vaccination site on 07Mar2021 14:00. The event resulted in doctor or other healthcare professional office/clinic visit. Therapeutic measures were taken included Icing swollen area and taking Tylenol. The outcome of the event was recovering. No follow-up attempts are possible. No further information is expected.

Dry mouth Dysgeusia Lip dry Office visit

Symptomtext

Dry mouth with a metalic taste and lower and upper dry lips wich still persist , I checked with my primary care physician to see If i have a mouth infection ,he did not have any infection ,howerver he prescribed Biotin for my dry mouth ,but the sympthons still persist.
