Symptomtext
Headache after vaccine; denied vision changes, trouble breathing, no lightheadedness. Reports headache 3 hours after first vaccine; reported to MD "if severe, seek medical care". Will be following up with MD tomorrow (as is Sunday); Neurologist (seizures, hx stroke) on Wednesday. HA same as when started 8/10; VSS; BP 132/80. Last time, took tylenol for headache; rested in "dark room" (gets migraines). Has BP cuff at home, pulse ox. Will f/u if symptoms worsen.
