Blurry vision/sitting 7 feet from tv and couldn't read a word; head aches behind the eyes and pain; Headache; This spontaneous case was reported by a consumer and describes the occurrence of MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS (Multiple Sclerosis) in a female patient of an unknown age who received mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (batch no. EN6290) for COVID-19 vaccination. The occurrence of additional non-serious events is detailed below. The patient's past medical history included Multiple sclerosis since an unknown date. On 04-Mar-2021, the patient received first dose of mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (Intramuscular) 1 dosage form. On an unknown date, the patient experienced VISION BLURRED (Blurry vision/sitting 7 feet from tv and couldn't read a word), EYE PAIN (head aches behind the eyes and pain), HEADACHE (Headache) and MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS (Multiple Sclerosis) (seriousness criterion medically significant). At the time of the report, VISION BLURRED (Blurry vision/sitting 7 feet from tv and couldn't read a word), EYE PAIN (head aches behind the eyes and pain), HEADACHE (Headache) and MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS (Multiple Sclerosis) outcome was unknown. The action taken with mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (Intramuscular) was unknown. Treatment included Tylenol.
