weak; nausea; doesn't feel like eating; watery type of diarrhea; This is a spontaneous report received from contactable reporter(s) (Consumer or other non HCP) from medical information team. A 67 year-old male patient received bnt162b2 (BNT162B2), administered in arm right, administration date 18Mar2021 (Lot number: EN6298) at the age of 67 years as dose 2,single for covid-19 immunisation. Relevant medical history included: "Diabetes" (ongoing); "Hypertension" (ongoing); "Overweight" (unspecified if ongoing); "fell" (unspecified if ongoing). The patient's concomitant medications were not reported. Vaccination history included: Covid-19 vaccine (Batch/lot number: EN6198 , Dosage text: right arm dose 1), administration date: 25Feb2021, for COVID-19 immunization. The following information was reported: DIARRHOEA (non-serious) with onset 12Apr2021, outcome "unknown", described as "watery type of diarrhea"; ASTHENIA (non-serious), outcome "not recovered", described as "weak"; NAUSEA (non-serious), outcome "unknown", described as "nausea"; EATING DISORDER (non-serious), outcome "not recovered", described as "doesn't feel like eating". Additional information: This report is in reference to the caller's husband. While reporting her own experience with the Covid 19 vaccine she reports her husband received his second Covid 19 vaccine on 18Mar2021. She reports her husband is having the watery type of diarrhea. Her husband is also weak. She reports he is diabetic. She also reports he has nausea. When probing for which arm her husband received his Covid 19 vaccines in, she reports the right arm because he's left handed and he fell down a while back. When probing for information on the fall she reports he slipped and fell. She reports that was way before he got the Covid 19 vaccine. Maybe 2-3 months prior to the vaccine. While probing for her husband's height and weight, the caller puts her husband on the phone and he continues with the report. He confirms he is having diarrhea and weakness. He thinks the weakness is because he doesn't feel like eating. He reports the diarrhea may have gotten a bit better but it's still pretty bad. Second Covid 19 vaccine received on 18Mar2021, Lot# EN6298, right arm. First Covid 19 vaccine information is in the suspect product field. When probing medical history and concomitant medications he reports he has diabetes, hypertension and he's overweight. He reports he takes medication for his hypertension and diabetes and they are both well controlled. He doesn't feel they are relevant.
