Symptomtext

At 2 of 1/22/21 Administration of the 1st dose I started with pain and weakness. February 9 intense pain in both shoulders but stronger on the right one. Appointment with a rheumatologist for sever pain, ordered labs and started on prednisone 15 mg Am and 15 mg Pm. Also, Plaquenil 400 mg daily

Anal abscess SARS-CoV-2 test

Symptomtext

I developed a peri-anal abscess; This is a spontaneous report from a contactable consumer (patient). A 44-year-old male patient received first dose of BNT162B2 (Lot Number: EN6299), via an unspecified route of administration, administered in the left arm, on 03Mar2021 08:45 as a single dose for COVID-19 immunisation. Medical history included Crohn's Disease and Ileostomy. Concomitant medications included vedolizumab (ENTYVIO); esomeprazole sodium (NEXIUM); loperamide hydrochloride (LOMOTIL); simeticone (GAS-X); calcium carbonate (TUMS), all taken for an unspecified indication, start and stop date were not reported. The patient previously took prochlorperazine maleate (COMPAZINE) and dilaudid and both experienced known allergies. It was reported that the patient has Crohn's Disease but had been in remission for several years. Ten days after his first vaccine on 13Mar2021 08:00, he developed a peri-anal abscess that required treatment via antibiotics. It resolved quickly. The patient did not receive any other vaccines within four weeks prior to the vaccination. Prior to the vaccination, the patient was not diagnosed with COVID-19. The patient underwent lab tests and procedures which included Nasal Swab: negative on 16Apr2021. The outcome of the event was recovered on an unknown date.
