large local reaction. Erythema warmth located 2-3 inch diameter surrounding where shot was given left deltoid. Started several hours after the vaccination and has continued now almost 2 months. Still pruritic. She has some dyspnea and tachycardia associated. Some response to topical steroids. This was after the first injection, she tolerated second injection no problem.
