swollen bottom lip; tongue ached; chest pains; itching in mouth after eating; swelling and tingling tongue; swelling and tingling tongue; tight throat after eating; felt like mucus was in throat; enlarged thyroid; lightheadedness; ocular migraines; throbbing lymph nodes in throat; Discomfort in throat; skin itchy; This is a spontaneous report from a contactable consumer (patient). This 29-year-old female consumer (non-pregnant) received the first single dose of BNT162B2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 VACCINE; lot En 6506), on 24Feb2021 at 10:00 AM, in left arm, for COVID-19 immunisation. Medical history included benign thalaseemia, irritable bowel syndrome, ocular migraines, peanuts allergy, tree nuts allergy, penicillin allergy, amoxicillin allergy. Concomitant medications were none (no other medications in two weeks, no other vaccine in four weeks). Covid prior vaccination: no. On 26Feb2021 at 11:00, 48 hours post vaccine, the patient experienced itching in mouth after eating, swelling and tingling tongue, tight throat after eating, felt like mucus was in throat, enlarged thyroid. 2 weeks post vaccine, on an unspecified date in Mar2021, the patient experienced swollen bottom lip, tongue ached, chest pains. 4 weeks post vaccine, on an unspecified date in 2021, the patient experienced lightheadedness, ocular migraines, throbbing lymph nodes in throat. Discomfort in throat and skin itchy were also reported. The events resulted in Doctor or other healthcare professional office/clinic visit, disability or permanent damage. Allergist recommended antihistamines 2x per day. The patient had a negative nasal swab on 28Feb2021. The events had not yet resolved.

SOB began within 24hrs of receiving second vaccine dose on 03/31/2021. Scheduled appt with PCP for 4/27/2021. Up to that date she continued to experience SOB. Unable to breath in supine position. Had to sleep in chair. Developed 4+ pitting edema in lower extremities. On 4/27/2021 the PCP sent patient to Hospital ER. Patient was admitted to cardiac floor.

Pt admitted 3/22/21 with several week history of Chest congestion, cough, fever, shortness of breath. Had COVID vaccine just before started having symptoms. Decline in respiratory status requiring high flow O2 delivery and admission to ICU for monitoring.

08/21/21 - I started itching and hurting bad. I thought I was having a sciatic nerve attack. It was across that nerve below my waste in your back, went down your legs and wrapped around from my thigh to my hip and back around the front and down the right leg. The next day or two, I broke out in a rash. In another day or two, I had small blisters that hurt. I saw my doctor on 8/23/21. She prescribed pain pills. I began taking the pain pills that day which helped with the pain. The rash lasted a couple of weeks. The pain lasted a couple of months. Then the sensitivity, as in touching and pressing, was very sensitive until the end of the year or first of 2022. I have recovered from the shingles.
