Chest pain; shortness of breath; headache; This is a spontaneous report from a contactable other healthcare professional (patient). A 61-years-old non-pregnant female patient received BNT162b2 (Pfizer-BioNTech Covid-19 mRNA Vaccine, Solution for injection, Batch/Lot number: EN6708 and Expiration date was unknown) via intramuscular route of administration, administered in left arm on 03Mar2021 at 18:00 hours as dose 1, single for Covid-19 immunization. The patient medical history was not reported. Patient did not receive any other vaccine within 4 weeks prior to the vaccine. The patient received unspecified medications as concomitant medications within 2 weeks of vaccination. Patient was not diagnosed with COVID-19, prior to vaccination and had not been tested for COVID-19, since the vaccination. On 01May2021 at 00:00 hours, patient experienced chest pain, shortness of breath and headache. Patient did not receive any treatment for the events. The outcome of all the events was unknown. Information on the lot/ batch number has been requested.

Symptomtext

Along with headache, injection site pain, body aches and joint pain, I experienced crippling anxiety, increased heart rate and paranoia with suicidal thoughts. I thought the tv was sending me messages and could hear the voice of my dead father in my head trying to communicate with me. There was also another voice that was telling me to kill myself. This lasted for 10 days. I have never experienced anything like this before I had the shot.

Woke up to go to bathroom about 3:50 am and couldn't get out of bed. I was completely off balance. I tried to walk and couldn't. Sat down again but had to do so I hung on to the bed, walls, and doors to steady myself to get to bathroom. Had a little diarrhea. Managed to take 2 Tylenol and drank lots of water. I held on to everything again and got back to bed but sat up instead of laying down. I still had diarrhea so I held on to every thing again and took one Anti-Diarrhea pill. Went back to bed sitting up and tried to sleep. Got up around 8 am and felt better but still a little woozy.

Two weeks after vaccine developed 17 black and blue marks with hematoma all at once for no reason.; Two weeks after vaccine developed 17 black and blue marks with hematoma all at once for no reason; This is a spontaneous report from a contactable consumer, the patient. An 81-year-old male patient received BNT162b2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 mRNA VACCINE; Lot Number: EN6708) via an unspecified route of administration in the left arm on 21Mar2021 at 16:00 (at the age of 81-years-old) as a single dose for COVID-19 immunisation. Medical history included slightly low red blood cells and platelets. The patient had no known allergies to medications, food, or other products. Prior to the vaccination, the patient was not diagnosed with COVID-19. The patient did not receive any medications within two weeks of vaccination. The patient did not receive any other vaccines within four weeks prior to the vaccination. On 02Apr2021, two weeks after vaccine, the patient developed 17 black and blue marks with hematoma all at once for no reason. A few weeks later, on an unknown date in 2021, the patient underwent blood tests and the result was lowered platelet and red blood cells. The events resulted in doctor or other healthcare professional office/clinic visit. Therapeutic measures were not taken as a result of the events. Since the vaccination, the patient had not been tested for COVID-19. The clinical outcome of the events developed 17 black and blue marks with hematoma all at once for no reason was resolved with sequalae on an unknown date in 2021.
