MI with no obstructive arteries; This is a spontaneous report received from contactable reporter(s) (Nurse). The reporter is the patient. A 77-year-old female patient received BNT162b2 (BNT162B2), on 25Feb2021 as dose 1, single (Lot number: EN6955) at the age of 77 years for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history included: "Coronary artery disease" (unspecified if ongoing); "Has a lot of heart issues" (unspecified if ongoing); "has had MI's before" (unspecified if ongoing). The patient took concomitant medications. The following information was reported: ACUTE MYOCARDIAL INFARCTION (hospitalization, medically significant) with onset 2021, outcome "unknown", described as "MI with no obstructive arteries". The patient was hospitalized for acute myocardial infarction (start date: 2021, discharge date: 2021, hospitalization duration: 5 day(s)). Clinical course: It was reported that, report is not related to a study or programme. The patient's medical history included a lot of heart issues, coronary artery disease, myocardial infarction and she was on concomitant medications including blood thinners and a couple of other heart related medications. No family medical history relevant to adverse events was reported. The patient did not receive other vaccine in four weeks of vaccination. After the patient had the first dose of the Covid vaccine, they called it an MI and she has had MI's before. It was reported as myocardial infarction (MI) with no obstructive arteries and had resulted in hospitalization for 5 days to an unspecified date in 2021 with an unknown outcome. The patient did not remember exact dates or time frame she was hospitalized, and no information was reported regarding the event resulted in for death, life-threatening, prolonged hospitalization, disabling/incapacitating or Congenital anomaly/birth defect. The patient reported she just called because she was angry at herself for receiving this vaccine and thought there are a lot of other people put there with far worse reactions than she had and patient was one of the lucky ones.; Sender's Comments: Based on the information given in narrative, the causal relationship between the reported event acute myocardial infaction and the suspect drug BNT162B2 cannot be excluded. The impact of this report on the benefit/risk profile of the Pfizer drug is evaluated as part of Pfizer procedures for safety evaluation, including the review and analysis of aggregate data for adverse events. Any safety concern identified as part of this review, as well as any appropriate action in response, will be promptly notified to Regulatory Authorities, Ethics Committees and Investigators, as appropriate.

I am writing this report for my mother who is now dead due to these shots. Prior to these shots she was in good health. Right after her first shot she started showing signs of dementia. Not long after she had some tests done which showed she had multiple small strokes. She was having trouble walking and needed a wheelchair. She had more tests done and it was found she was full of blood clots. We had a procedure done to stop one of the big clots in her leg but she died two days later. I looked up her batch numbers on a website and found that all of her lot numbers were a part of bad batches with multiple deaths and injuries. I believe Pfizer murdered my mother.

Shortly after the second vaccination I started developing frequent occular migraines. I had them occasionally before, but they became very frequent. I also had very bad pain in my wrists, which is one of my indications of inflammation. I had none of the regular advertse symptoms, like chills, fever, etc, so didn't associate with the vaccine. Less than one month after the second shot I experienced intense occular migraine (no pain), dizziness and nausea. Went to ER the next morning, and I had had a stroke. The neurologist says can't tell if due to migraine, but there is a rare type of stroke caused by occulat migraine.

A 46-year-old female non pregnant patient reported for herself that patient received first dose of BNT162B2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 VACCINE, solution for injection, Batch/Lot Number: EM6200), via an unspecified route of administration, administered in right arm on 29Mar2021 at 08:00 AM (vaccinated at the age of 46 years) as DOSE 1, SINGLE and received second dose via an unspecified route of administration, administered in left arm on 19Apr2021 at 08:00 AM (Batch/Lot Number: EN6955) as DOSE 2, SINGLE for covid-19 immunisation. The patient was not pregnancy at time of vaccination. The patient medical history was not reported. Concomitant medications included amlodipine, estrogens conjugated and citropram; all were taken for an unspecified indication, start and stop date were not reported and the patient received within 2 weeks of vaccination. Not received any other medications in four weeks. The patient was not receive any other vaccines within 4 weeks prior to the COVID vaccine. On 30Mar2021, the patient experienced numbness left arm and right hand. Electric shock sensations up arms and legs right foot Numbness headache severe fatigue cognitive issues. Adverse events resulted in doctor or other healthcare professional office/clinic visit. Therapeutic measures were taken as a result of the events with unknown medication as per neurologist referral. The patient did not had covid prior vaccination and did not got covid tested post vaccination. The report was non serious. Outcome of the events was unknown.

I woke up shortly after falling asleep feeling as though someone had punched me in the chest as hard as they could. I was unable to draw in a breath or breathe at all. I shook my boyfriend awake and he could see I was passing out. My head began to fall back as I passed out from lack of oxygen. After this I was weak and was short of breath. An ambulance was called. I also ended up going to the ER. Throughout weeks after I had other heart episodes and tests. It was believed to be possible heart arrhythmias. I had a heart monitor for about two and a half weeks for testing. We have still not found answers and I still have episodes where my heart will randomly take off and race uncontrollably and I will get faint. I deal with chest pain on a regular basis. I have no history of heart issues and previously was always told I had a healthy heart. My current medications I have been on for some time and have never caused me issues. Ever since I received my second vaccination my heart hasn?t been the same.

PRIOR TO FIRST DOSE I WAS STRONG. I COMPLETED A 240 MILE HIKE IN RECORD TIME. 2 DAYS AFTER FIRST DOSE I EXPERIENCED TROUBLE BREATHING AND FATIGUE. I THOUGHT THIS WAS NORMAL SIDE EFFECT. I COULD NOT WALK AROUND THE BLOCK WITHOUT RUNNING OUT OF BREATH. SYMPTOMS LASTED AN ENTIRE MONTH. AFTER SECOND DOSE, THE VACCINE CLINIC RECOMMENDED I CALL MY DOCTOR. DOCTOR ADVISED I GO TO ER. 2 DAYS LATER, I GO TO ER. I STAY IN ER FOR 3 DAYS WHILE THEY RUN TESTS. I AM DISCHARGED ON 3/9/21. COINCIDENTALLY, THAT WAS WHEN CHEST PAINS STARTED. After patient received the vaccine the patient sat down for 5 minutes before noticing he blacked out for a few seconds. The patient alerted the staff of the black out. The patient stated he had an elevated heart rate and that he was sweating. The pharmacy staff took the patient's blood pressure which was 97/77 mmHg. 911 was called and the paramedics arrived shortly. The paramedics took the patient blood pressure and screened them and ask if the patient would like to seek medical attention. The patient denied a visit to the emergency room and stated he was feeling much better.

A 67-year-old female patient received BNT162B2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 VACCINE; solution for injection; lot number: EN6955), via an unspecified route of administration on 30Mar2021 (at the age of 67-years-old) as dose 1, single for COVID-19 immunization. Medical history included car accident and rotator cuff surgeries from 2013, pneumonia from 2016, overweight (gained weight since all the COVID mess started), concussion (also from an accident), high blood pressure, difficulty walking (can't even go from her apartment down the stairs to her car and there is an elevator), oxygen saturation decreased (oxygen goes down to 73 or 75), breathing problems from Mar2021, and fever from Feb2021. Concomitant medication included an unspecified inhaler (the doctor gave it to her to see if it would work and open up the lungs, it does open up the lungs). The patient reported that she had problems with the lungs with the first shot on an unspecified date, but she didn't know what the symptoms were. She can't function. She lives in a studio apartment. When she would get up to go to the mailbox downstairs in an elevator she was overweight. With the first one she had fever and cough on an unspecified date. A nurse told the patient that was symptoms and she should have the second one (of the vaccine) anyway (so the patient did, it was her choice). Two months prior to the report, the patient called her primary (care provider) and told them she couldn't breathe on an unspecified date and didn't know what was going on. She didn't know if she had sleep apnea. She knows how to breathe and does meditation. The patient has been a (withheld) for 30 years and knows how to breathe to get breaths. It became where even if she was talking it takes the breath away. It was not getting better. She doesn't know. It was suggested that they have had reports at (withheld) hospital where people have had damage to the lungs because of the injection. The only problem the patient ever had was when she had pneumonia 5 years prior to the report. Currently, the patient was on an inhaler and had to have 24/7 oxygen. When it is on level 3 or 4, her oxygen is 94 or 95. When she takes it off when she needs a break, because it is nice to take a shower without a cord attached, her oxygen goes down to 75 which is a heart attack. She can't even stand up long enough to take it off for five minutes. When taking oxygen off it drops right away. The patient was tired on an unspecified date. She had to purchase this 24-hour condenser out of pocket, she needs one to be portable which costs thousands of dollars. The patient wanted to be reimbursed. The patient mentioned that it was not right nor fair. She had never had anything wrong with the lungs ever. It created high blood pressure because she was not getting oxygen to her heart. The patient mentioned that she has grandchildren and can't even go from her apartment down the stairs to her car and there is an elevator. It is 50 feet to her car and her oxygen goes down to 73 or 75. Her boyfriend has portable and she doesn't want to share it. The patient reported that she wasn't feeling well enough to get the second shot. The patient reported that she was given the shot before her son's wedding and her sone got married on 02Apr2021. She couldn't go to the wedding because she couldn't breathe on an unspecified date. She didn't know if she should bend over or sit down. The patient clarified that her breathing problems started in the middle of Mar2021. She had a fever the whole month of Feb2021 and Mar2021. She had been coughing and thought it was allergies on an unspecified date. When she couldn't walk for exercising in the pool on an unspecified date, she knew something was wrong. She couldn't catch her breath in the shower. The patient gained 20 pounds on an unspecified because she is a stress eater. The outcome of the events was unknown.

I actually was having some abnormal rhythm (fluttering, palpitations about 3-4 weeks after the second shot), but it went away after a few seconds to a minute but on June 11th, after I went to bed, I started having the fluttering, palpitations, and just irregularity on a continuous basis and would not go away. It got worse and was on and off on a continuous basis. After about 4 days of this, I then had a night with pain going into my neck, down my left arm into my elbow after I went to bed and was up most of the night because it was distressing, so I called the MD and got in the next day. EKG was normal, but I then got an appointment with a cardiologist the following week. EKG was again negative, but put on a 10 day monitor. Still awaiting results. Went again to my MD on 7/23/2021 and he was the one that said he could not prove it, but he had been seeing several people in the office with these same symptoms following the second COVID shot. I did not associate it because I had something similar about 2 years ago, but it was different. There was no pain 2 years ago, the irregularity went away after a few hours. This time it has not gone away totally, but much improving, but while I had no shortness of breath, I have had fatigue and chest pain.

The reporter is the patient. A 51 year-old male patient received bnt162b2 (BNT162B2), administration date 12Mar2021 (Lot number: EN6955) at the age of 51 years as dose 1, single for covid-19 immunisation. The patient had no relevant medical history. The patient's concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: BACK PAIN (non-serious), NEURALGIA (non-serious) all with onset 2021, outcome "not recovered" and all described as "I'm getting a lot of back pain/mild back and nerve pain". The event "i'm getting a lot of back pain/mild back and nerve pain" and "i'm getting a lot of back pain/mild back and nerve pain" was evaluated at the physician office visit. Therapeutic measures were taken as a result of back pain, neuralgia. Additional information: The patient had a question about after his shot symptoms. The patient took his two doses. After his first covid shot on 12Mar2021, he experienced mild back and nerve pain. He was interested to see if this was happening to other people or not, he did not know if this was a Pfizer thing. He was not admitted to the hospital due to events. No emergency room visit. No follow-up attempts are possible. No further information is expected.

A 71-year-old female patient received second dose of bnt162b2 (Pfizer COVID 19 vaccine, Solution for injection, Batch/lot number: EN6955, Expiry date: unknown), via an unspecified route in the left arm on 15Mar2021 at 08:00 (age at the time of vaccination: 71-year-old), as a single dose for covid-19 immunization. The patient medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. Historical vaccine included first dose of bnt162b2 (Pfizer COVID 19 vaccine, Solution for injection, Lot number: EN6203) on 22Feb2021, as a single dose of covid-19 immunization. Patient did not receive any other vaccines within 4 weeks prior to the COVID vaccine. On 16Mar2021 at 18:00, patient experienced fever, achy, chills and stated that today she still had a fever and under her left armpit there was a sore spot. On 17Mar2021 at 07:00 there is now swelling/swelling under left armpit. Patient wanted to know if she needed any medical attention or what she needed to do. Therapeutic measures taken as a result of the events included patient was taking Tylenol like they told her at the hospital. Adverse events did not result in emergency room or physician office visit. The clinical outcome of fever, achy, left armpit has a sore spot, swelling under left armpit was not recovered/not resolved and chills was recovering/resolving. No follow-up attempts are possible. A 54-years-old male patient received 1st dose of BNT162b2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 mRNA VACCINE; Lot number: en6955) to arm left on 17Mar2021 at 12:30 as a single dose for COVID-19 immunisation. Medical history included osteoarthritis, spinal stenosis, spinal osteophytosis, chronic pain, hypertension and obesity. Relevant past drug use included Penicillin, Tetracycline and unspecified Sulpha drugs for an unknown indication from an unknown date and experienced drug allergy. Concomitant medications included Ibuprofen (MANUFACTURER UNKNOWN) and Acetaminophen (MANUFACTURER UNKNOWN) for an unknown indication from an unknown date and unknown if ongoing. On 17Mar2021 at 19:00, patient experienced significant increase in pain and headache. The patient stated that, he experienced a significant increase in pain in existing injuries and a headache within 7 hours of the dose and that's continued for 3 days. Pain levels were gradually decreasing at the time of the report. The patient reported that he did not receive any treatment for the events and did not receive any other vaccines within 4 weeks prior to COVID-19 vaccine. It was also reported that the patient was not diagnosed with COVID-19 prior to vaccination and since vaccination, patient was not tested for COVID-19. The clinical outcome of the events significant increase in pain and headache were resolving at the time of report. No follow-up attempts are needed. No further information is expected.

Two days following my shot I awoke with an all over body rash which was very itchy. I took Benedryl, hoping that would settle things down. It didn?t help. I went to bed that night, and when I awoke the next morning, the rash was even worse and my hands were so swollen I could hardly bend my fingers. The itch was really severe on my hands and feet. My husband took me to the ER, where I was treated with antihistamines and prednisone. I was there for about 3 hours and released with a prescription for another 6 days of prednisone. The rash , swelling and itching began to improve after about 2 days. The ER doctor told me I should not get the second shot.

5 days after the shot, severe rash appeared all over upper body. Scalp, face, neck, ears, upper back and upper chest. Also one small patch on lower arm. Ears became swollen. Swelling of lymph node in neck on left side (same side as the shot). Took Benadryl for 4 days but rash and swelling remained unchanged. Went to doctor on 4th day after the rash started (9 days after the shot) and she prescribed Hydroxyzine for rash. Follow-up visit scheduled for 3/31/2021.

I have been sick for about 2 weeks; This is a spontaneous report received from a contactable reporter(s) (Consumer or other non HCP). The reporter is the patient. A 29 year-old female patient (not pregnant) received bnt162b2 (BNT162B2), administered in arm left (Lot number: EN6955) for 1 day as dose 2, single for covid-19 immunisation. Relevant medical history included: "Primary immunodeficiency (CVID)" (unspecified if ongoing), notes: Primary immunodeficiency (CVID). The patient's concomitant medications were not reported. Past drug history included: Hydrocodone, reaction(s): "known allergies: Hydrocodone", notes: Hydrocodone. Vaccination history included: Bnt162b2 (DOSE 1, SINGLE, product=COVID 19, brand=Pfizer,, lot number=EN6205, administration time=13:30), when the patient was 29 years old, for COVID-19 Immunization. The following information was reported: ILLNESS (non-serious) with onset 08Sep2021, outcome "not recovered", described as "I have been sick for about 2 weeks". Therapeutic measures were not taken as a result of illness. Additional information: Prior to vaccination, was the patient was not diagnosed with COVID-19. Since the vaccination, the patient has not been tested for COVID-19. The patient did not receive any other vaccines within 4 weeks prior to the COVID vaccine. No follow-up attempts are possible. I was in my first trimester of pregnancy when I received my first dose. My due date was date. I ended up having a pre-term baby at 36 weeks, 5 days on earlier date and my baby was small for gestational age, weighing only 4 lbs, 8 ounces at birth. I also was diagnosed with pre-eclampsia in my last month of pregnancy. I did not have an adverse reaction immediately following my vaccine, but wanted to note my pregnancy complications in case they were related.

A 47-years-old non-pregnant female patient received first dose of bnt162b2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 VACCINE, Formulation: Solution for injection, Batch/Lot Number: EN6955), via an unspecified route of administration, administered in Arm Left on 20Mar2021 17:45 (at the age of 47-years-old) as dose 1, single for COVID-19 immunisation. Medical history included chickenpox virus from an unknown date and unknown if ongoing. Concomitant medications included levothyroxine sodium (LEVOTHYROXINE SODIUM), fluticasone propionate, salmeterol xinafoate (ADVAIR), fluticasone (FLUTICASONE) taken for an unspecified indication, start and stop date were not reported. The patient previously took Symbicort and experienced hypersensitivity. The patient experienced shingles on 23Mar2021. Patient received treatment Medication for the chickenpox virus, pain and gel. Patient visited Emergency room/department or urgent care. The outcome of the events was reported as recovering. No follow-up attempts are needed, information about lot/batch number cannot be obtained.

A 50-years-old non-pregnant female patient received BNT162B2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 mRNA VACCINE; BNT162B2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 mRNA VACCINE; Formulation: Solution for injection, Lot Number: EN6955) via an Intramuscular route of administration in left arm on 19Apr2021 (at the age of 50-years-old) as dose 2, single for COVID-19 immunization. Medical history included arthritis from an unknown date and unknown if ongoing. The patient previously received first dose of BNT162B2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 mRNA VACCINE; Formulation: Solution for injection, Lot Number: EW0162) via an intramuscular route of administration in left arm on 22Mar2021 as dose 1, single for COVID-19 immunization. Concomitant medications included turmeric curcuma longa rhizome (TURMERIC) taken for inflammation, start and stop date were not reported. On 27Jul2021 the patient diagnosed with COVID (COVID-19, vaccination failure). The patient underwent lab tests and procedures which included polymerase chain reaction: positive on 27Jul2021 Nasal Swab. Therapeutic measures were taken as a result of event. On 04Aug2021 it was reported that, other medications taken as vitamins and turmeric for inflammation. It was reported that she did not receive other vaccine in four weeks. She did not diagnose with COVID prior vaccination. Adverse events resulted in doctor or other healthcare professional office/clinic visit. Adverse events treatment recommendation to take sudafed for congestion. Patient was not having known allergies. The outcome of the events was reported as not recovered. exacerbation of pre-existing tinnitus following second vaccination which has continued since then. the difficulty with determining severity of the increase is that tinnitus can vary regardless, depending upon multiple factors such as cervical and cranial bone alignment, amount of sleep, anxiety, etc. I'm reporting it because despite other potential causes of exacerbation, tinnitus loudness has definitely increased.

Red wines give me headaches and a stuffy nose, and I just don't like alcohol - never have.
